Wish i could take away even that one star.Horrible customer service, most unhygenic restaurant n staff ever ,can u believe while making shawarma they didnot even place a paper underneath n dragged it from one corner to the other over the counter while putting toppings n when asked them to put paper under wrap she replied in a disgusting n rude way u want this wrap or u wanna leave the store n i told her this is not the way to talk to customers ur being very rude,she again replied so loud n rude way u want it or not n blabbered something in different language under her breathe n literally threw the wrap in a bag n gave me in my hand, i was so shocked that with such behaviour how r they running the whole store the other guy was also not interested in dealing with customers he left the cash counter when i went to pay for it n same thing they repeated with the next girl no sheet under pita n dragging all the way one corner to other while putting toppings ,my question is wherez the food control authority .nobody gonna question them about their unhygenic practice on daily basis?
This place used to be so good. I’m not even joking when I say I used to eat here 5x a week… now I don’t know what happened but it’s definitely gone down hill. The food is not the same.
The food is delicious but not the same the new ladies that are working seem very miserable, never smile, never greet their guests and when I walk in they tend to just take there sweet time and still mess up my order. They look like they don’t wana be there….bring back the nice guys! I won’t be returning
I love this place, but it’s my last day as lady keep taking peoples dirty credit card with her gloves then continue preparing food, also ton of attitude from her. Specially be nicer to construction guys that doing 2 years project right next to you. You lost 1
So, I put an order for pick up as I was running late. The person on the phone said okay it will be ready when I get there. I come to pick up in 10 mins and there is still now one there. I understand if they were busy. One of the WORST customer service and not the first time.
The food is great. The staff, not that great. I mean, I get it that the staff doesn’t have English as their primary or secondary language, but every request which I have to make to customize my food, half of the times they don’t get it. Their chicken shawarma, is best in that area.

Definitely one of the best falafel I've eaten in Hamilton, of not the best. Proper garlic sauce here along with all the other veggies you want on your wrap. Will certainly be returning whenever I'm in town.
This place service was awful and the food was cold the subway I wanted they did not understand why I'm trying to tell them bad experience
Great authentic shawarma here! I recommend the beef wrap it was extraordinary! the staff was very kind and even gave me some toppings extra of my choice. Very clean restaurant and very nice welcoming staff.
