Took my daughter for dinner. We both had the bacon and cheddar burger with fries. Burgers were excellent but the fries were both greasy and over salted. Customer service was excellent too. I'll definitely go back.
The food was great and customer service was exceptional from receptionist to the server. Yesterday, I came here alone for dine out after a hike. And when I got there the receptionist asked me if I am here alone or someone will be joining. I said just alone. She asked me if I'd like the booth and gave me a very nice booth spot. I could see the patio, bar which looked cute and cozy, and the TV. Nice spot. And server was also very amazing. I wanted to order fish & chips, I mentioned I'd like it without beer batter she explained they can't do that, and suggested another dish. I asked her about halal options she went to the kitchen to ask which was really nice. Unfortunately there are no halal options but I decided to stay regardless because of their excellent customer service and the cozy and warm ambience of the restaurant, and ordered caesar salad and fries. And when I ordered fries she got me a bunch of things like vinegar, ketchup etc, very nice. Thank you so much for making me feel at home at your restaurant. You have a great team. ?
This location has gone through a few stages in its life I think the food is as good as it was 20 years ago albeit different still great tasting. The servers are very nice and they seem to care. All in all good time coming the bathrooms are still the same as I remember all those years ago. Miss the bread pull apart loaf though.
On June 5th we celebrated my twin daughters 46th birthday at this restaurant. We were a table of ten on a Sunday evening. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Everything was just perfect. We really appreciated the excellent service by a very friendly young man. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
I had an excellent experience at this Turtle Jack's location. Thanks to an amazing server/bartender: Jordan.She was incredible. Friendly, attentive, engaging and even anticipated our drink orders before we even knew it. I will definately be returning to this location in the future as the Upper James location definately falls short. I would drive to Waterdown specifically for the service (Jordan) and the food quality. Excellent Excellent Excellent. Jordan is a 10/10
Came here when the kitchen was closed they still took us in and made amazing food. I really reccomoned their 4 cheese pasta. Our server Alyssa was so amazing. She was nice, helpful, kept checking in on us! Really reccomoned this place Alyssa is great. Thank you!
The meal was pretty good, service was alright, not amazing and not terrible. My biggest complaint is the prices, my god. I had a fairly small meal for two with an appetizer, 2 iced teas and one creaser, it was $98 which was a bit of a shocker to me based on the portions. The wings were excellent, spinach dip was also great.
The food was amazing and our server was fantastic. She asked about allergies, which has never happened anywhere else we have been. She was one of the best servers we have encountered in a long time. We are from Mississauga, but as we were passing through Waterdown we decided to stop and have dinner. We will definitely go there again, I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone that happens to be in the area

While it is a chain restaurant the Turtle Jack's in Waterdown is a pleasant place to have a meal with an excellent staff led at the front by various members of the Anderson family. It's a rare visit you won't see Gary walking around talking to patrons.Food is always solid and the atmosphere is great.
