Food was great, service even better. We were greeted, seated, and tended to very fast, and the when the server brought out our drinks she also brought a small complementary plate of sliced carrots, cucumber, and apple for my daughter, which we didn’t ask for and was so considerate.Food was delicious, I got the curry and my husband got the Chicken Parmesan, and staff was attentive without being pushy, not just for us, for every table we saw while dining.Lastly on the way out the hostess stopped us halfway out the door to make sure we knew there was a toy chest my daughter was happy to pick something from.The service would have already been above average without these extra touches, and they were noticed and so very appreciated. Best night out we’ve had in long time, thank you :)
Our server, Sara was lovely and helpful. After bringing us our drink orders, she returned a d told us that she was sorry for the wait, that the kitchen was behind. The manager stopped by and told us that the kitchen staff was new. When our food did arrive, it was hot and delicious! We ordered Turkey with goats cheese on naan and the chicken sandwich, both were wonderful. When our bill arrived, the manager had taken 30.00 off the bill for our wait! We were surprised and appreciated it. We will be back!
So Disappointed with my take meal this evening .. frist off I ordered a California NY steak... cooked MED... I got a top sirloin.. cooked WELL DONE ... NO GRAVY which I ordered... for my mash so that sucks. Secondly I had ordered a French onion soup... but this had no cheese or bread ? Just broth ? Ummm ok.. needless to say I spent about 65 bucks on this meal because I was craving it... and I feel like.i got completely duped. So over cooked I couldn't even eat it... rock hard.. very not happy about this...
My daughter took me to lunch here I have been thinking about the California turkey sandwich I ate for 3 days.It was DELICIOUS! Go eat one! Seriously, do that.My daughter had a roast beef sandwich with a dip that she has had in the past and loves.The service was excellent, friendly, fast and attentive.Will definitely be back for another one of those sandwiches! So good.
Here is the steak, with crispy fried onions, with veggies, & the other plate is a meatloaf with veggies as well! Other then food the service was Great, good food, The server was absolutely amazing and kept checking in so many times and gave exceptional customer service, I have never been treated so kindly and felt at home!
Since covid and the food prices in grocery stores rising like crazy, I have found restaurant food MUCH worse than 2 years ago. The quality is just not there.However…Tuesday I took my daughter out for dinner at the Hamilton location. The food was AAAAMAZING!!My kid, for the first time ever cleared her entire plate and wanted more. Everything was so fresh and Cooked perfectly. Will defiantly be returning!
I’d only been to a turtle jacks once before years ago. I was pleasantly surprised by being greeted by the hostess who was an old friend who I hadn’t seen in over 10 years! And then our server was another one of my childhood friends! I’m definitely biased in this review but had such an awesome dinner! I got the power bowl which was definitely the most colourful plate of food I’ve ever had and it was so delicious. Our food came very quick and the atmosphere was so nice. Will be returning!! Just want to give a shout out to Jen. After long deliberation over a shell fish allergy and getting fish chips with my fiance, she came up with a great solution for him and went above and beyond.His belly was full and in a good mood until his next feeding.Thank you for making my life easy. May all of the future managers aspire to be like her and making other women's lives easier with their hungry mates.

Had a great time tonight, the first time in a long time I've been able to enjoy a night out. Our server, Erika, really made our night fantastic. She worked her butt off to get us our food very quickly, checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed, and anticipated our needs with refills and take out boxes. Food was delicious and well made.Only complaint is that I saw 3 seperate Uber eats / skip the dishes couriers parking in the handicapped spaces with their hazards on. As a disabled person, this meant I had to walk much longer in the cold with very painful knees after finding a further parking spot. I had almost considered just going to another restaurant but I'm glad the customer service made up for that unfortunate situation.
