This was my first visit and I had a great mid-evening at Tracie's this past Friday with co-workers!Friendly and engaging staff.Ample menu with something for everyone - very accommodating with request for omission of ingredients. Food was plentiful and delicious!Inclusive and relaxed atmosphere - it was great to see couples, families & friends enjoying karaoke.After a whirl on the mic the owner asked how my evening was, apologized for a minor delay in getting their system up and running - a genuine and talented gal!Look forward to returning!!
First visit reviewThe food is pretty good here. Service is fine. I would have returned... BUT... We had three cheques totaling about $175. The restaurant charged for pop refills!! I've never seen a restaurant charge for pop refills in my life. And $3.xx each at that. The waitress agreed that it was excessive and asked the "big boss" who said refills are only free before 4pm???I was shocked. For the 5 cents a refill costs the restaurant I'll never return sadly for principal. I wish them the best going forward but they won't get my return business.
If I could give zero stars I would. Myself and two friends chose to be responsible and get a ride over… knowing we would be having a few drinks. The minute we went in the one bartender, I believe her name was Megan (who claims she’s a manager… not sure if that’s true or not) she refused to serve us because apparently another bartender said she saw us show up by cab stumbling around. Meanwhile, all three of us arrived completely sober. I was confused by the immediate conflict we were presented with… so I did ask the question… how is us being responsible by getting a ride over here to ensure that we don’t drink and drive at the end of the night since we did intend to have a fun night with some drinks and enjoy a bit of karaoke. However a random bartender targeted and labels us as drunk and stumbling and told everyone to not serve us. To be honest I was completely shocked when we were told they were refusing to serve us what so ever. First fabricated lie was that we were apparently seen stumbling out of a cab… Which is completely false…we got dropped off by a family member in an ordinary car. Not a cab. We arrived and stood offside from the bar and waited our turn till it was a little less busy before we approached the bar just to be turned away and accused of stumbling out of a cab and being too drunk to be served and that no one would be serving any of us. This was a blatant lie since we didn’t even arrive by a cab!! We arrived fully sober and all of a sudden upon entering we were flagged immediately and accused of being too drunk and were informed we would be denied service for the night. We were there for all of 10 minutes. I am aware it was a very packed full house. But I’m completely appalled and disgusted by the service, treatment and attitude we received. If you are at capacity just say that… Don’t fabricate lies. We felt targeted and Centred out. We were publicly embarrassed and felt extremely uncomfortable in the situation since we were put on blast in front of everyone surrounding the bar and having everyone within earshot to stop and stare at us like we were some sort of criminals. This is the second time I’ve visited this establishment and I’m not going to lie… both experiences were awful. Heads up if you want to be profiled, judged and bullied this is the place to be. However, if not…I can confidently say I would never recommend this place of business as I have ZERO good things to say. Do better.
Excellent place, atmosphere, hosts and service. Had a great time karaoke'ing as it was the main reason I wanted to go. They have a wide food and non-alcoholic drink sections and for my first time going voluntarily to a bar it was super inviting. The staff were welcoming and the people there were respectable. It's a whole community there, and I'm definitely going back again with my friend to kill the night and get some actual human interaction. It was so refreshing.You can feel safe bringing your child in for a bit too, it's well decorated, and more of a hangout bar and grill than an actual bar, though from what I saw, they don't skimp on the bar section either.Definitely give this place a shot, it might very quickly become your #1 spot to go after work.
We've been ordering for the past 2 years. The food Is great. But the delivery time is absolutely horrible. We get told a time, yet it never shows up. We call to see what's happened and get told "Sorry it should be soon". It's pretty frustrating, especially when we are spending $130 each time. And to find our food dumped all over inside. Sadly we will not be ordering in the future. I suggest you might want to work on your delivery service.

I went there Sunday night. A band was playing, as a Karaoke bar, they let who wants to sing as well. The service was amazingThe lady was very kind, fun and fast. The menu has many good choices. We drink a beer and I asked for pulled pork poutine and my Husband asked double decker grilled cheese burger. They were very good!!!!
Everyone is one big happy family there. No matter if it's your first time or if you're a regular. You can stop and talk to anybody and they treat you like a friend. Tracie's staff is one of the best, always smiling and ready to serve From what I hear and see the food is top notch. Thanks Tracie, I surely be coming back for a long time.
