Waited over 40minute for dining without any explanation. And served noodle soup with rotten beansprouts. Please use fresh vegetables for the customers.
Decided to give it a try. There is a large pho for $15. The bowl looks large alright, but we are not eating the bowl. So the dish that came inside was a joke. The contents were what would consider a small size in other restaurants. I orders rare and well done beef. There was well done beef slices (probably 5 of them) but rare were nowhere in sight.Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all. Take your business somewhere please, for this place is set up as a money-making machine for the benefit of the owner.
A bit more expensive than other pho places but they make some good dishes. They charge you for hot sauce which I’m very disappointed by it. I’d say their take out packing is wonderful and it’s the best take out prep ever. The service is ok and they will only accept cash or debit but if your purchase is big enough then they will accept credit card payment as well. I would give them 5 star as I always enjoy their foods
I was super excited to try the vegan Pho soup. The faux meat was pretty good and there were lots of good veggies. It looked great! The problem was that the broth was so bland. My spouse has the Pad Thai and wasn't loving it, either. Also, the service was slow.
So yummy!!! Our usual Pho place was closed and we found ourselves here. The packaging is super cute and inside the restaurant is so inviting!We got the pork vermicelli with spring rolls (so fresh and flavourful) and boba fruit slushies ?. Definitely coming back!
Delicious food and never disappoints! They are a little bit more pricey but the portioning is great and the food is just much better than any other Pho restaurants I’ve tried in Hamilton. Customer service is wonderful as well!
ordered the spicy shrimp and chicken padthai and it was good!The chicken and shrimp is more than enough, i usually find it some reataursnt just put less than enough meat and more noodles.the sauce was perfect, not too wet, not too sour, and can't stop eating it.I am a bit picky with noodles texture (with any type of noodles, whether its vermicelli, egg noodles, pasta, etc) so its important, and they are just perfect!I would go back again when I am in the neighborhood.
Used to be an amazing place...New management fixed that, now the food is lukewarm, small portions and the service is downright horrible. So many other GREAT pho places around. Save you money for the business's that respect you.If I could give 0 stars I would...
Food was good you get a lot for your money. But like most restaurants if you dine in it lacks the table side service. Mostly catering to Uber and skip and takeout.
Ordered a beef pho soup for delivery and I have to say it was the best pho soup I've ever had to date! The soup was very flavourful but a bit more on the expensive side compared to other pho restaurants.. definitely worth it tho!My real complaint was the beef served with the soup was a bit thick and tough.. other restaurants serve the soup with thinner and more tender slices of beef, which is more satisfying to eat. Another thing that I liked was the paper bowl container it came withMade it easy to eat from it and btter for the environment as well.
