one of their staff is racist (white young male), extremely rude to Asian customers, he asked me get out of the store, I'd never go that lousy place that full of homeless and racisms.August, 2021
I usually go there before work. Most of the time their service is good and fast. But today, there was some old white lady. She was so rude. I might just never go back this location. Fckn rude
Slowest Tim Hortons in Hamilton from my experience. Waited in line for a couple minutes then told to leave the store due to delays.
The staff here are superstars. Always nice, remember your order and do a fantastic job. The best. And for how many rowdy customers they deal with in that area, they all deserve raises.

Best location downtown. Very consistent, my steeped tea is always made nicely. The little lady with the glasses who works here is always efficient and friendly!! Just wish it was opened on the weekends too.

Literally the worst iced cap ever. To both the times that I went there, the drink had nothing but plain ice cubes, less quantity, and zero flavour!

It's Tim Hortons! Ok, it's not the best coffee, but it is still a favorite.I really like the breakfast wraps.I usually get one of those and a coffee.The kids still enjoy timbits when we go.A few strange menu items have appeared in recent years. I find the food products, donuts, etc., have been steadily declining in quality. Nothing is fresh anymore, just reheated.Coffee, breakfast wraps, timbits.These are great.
