Me and my friends went to a this location around 11:10 am ,give a order less than 50$ , the lady who took my order was kind of rude .The lady tells us u guys can not order around 40$ order in drive thru looks like she was racist and the staff members inside was feeling frustrated and it shows that they were lazy to make our order and showing Improper gestures on us giving us hard time .Food we did get was poorly done and soggy . We are Tim hortons regular customer never had this horrible experience before. Never been to this location again.
My partner ordered an a la carte breakfast, sausage and egg. Was given a cheese slice instead of egg and when asked to just quickly fix the mistake they made, they insisted she had to pay AGAIN to get what she had originally ordered.TL:DR My partner was double charged for her order because the staff made a mistake and wouldn’t fix it.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. 2 times in a row I have ordered from this location and BOTH times my orders have been completely wrong. They give the drivers the wrong orders and the drivers are not confirming that they have all the products. Last week I received someone else’s entire order (even had someone else’s name on the bag) and this week I’m missing an entire box of donuts with another part of my order completely wrong!!! Horrible, horrible service. I’ve I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and but now I will be boycotting this location. Not worth the frustration. It is incredibly irritating how unorganized they are.
Just had a reno so it looks fresh, very clean. Small dining room. Busy but quick drive thru. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms require a key that's near the end of the counter.
Today is march 17,2022 I want to tim hortons with my family for coffee and I was very disappointed with one of the employee. It was a short girl and she is from Kurdistan wearing green shirt with black pant. She was very rude. She made fun of me with other employee. She ask me if I want Tray for coffee i accidentally heard her saying pizza box because the tim hortons was crowded I couldn't hear her clearly. I asked her for strawberry smooth she made fun of me again front of the other employee behind the cabinet.i told her don't make fun of me she ignored me she said no no . But clearly I heard her talking and making fun of me. She is very rude I'm not coming back to this place.i hope you get punishment for that.
The staff at this Tim Hortons are top tier. Always friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. The donuts are always fresher than other locations and the coffee is consistently hot and delicious. I got a delivery order through Skip. They wrote me a little note. They wrapped the drinks separately in plastic so the food wouldn’t get wet. It was a great job and they took care.
