Would not help fulltime father raising daughter with special needs. Discriminating against men for trying to get work in the community....think about other people other than yourselves...very dispointing
I placed an order via the Timmies app today and upon realizing an error of being short a coffee I called and Jenny was amazing, patient and very helpful. She even drew smile faces on the cup lids. Timmies needs more servers like her.
I went through this location this morning. First off the line up was huge and it was moving slowly however I understand what the staff go through and have sympathy for them due to some people being nasty.That being said I must tell you what a great experience I had and it was worth the wait. When the drive-thru person greeted me it was in the tune of the 12 days of Christmas! I found this so refreshing and it made me happy. The person continued it when she repeated my order as well as my total. When I got up to the window the great service continued and I had to not only tell them that it made my day with a laugh and smile, it tapped into paying it forward so I paid the order for the person behind me.I hope that the owner recognizes and appreciates the staff there.Thank you so much to the staff that was on this morning for making my day! I will definitely be back to support this location.

The person at the window was very nice but our coffee was not stirred well. I usually get very good service from this location. Everybody has off days though, so whatever.
Unfortunately, they have long wait times for sandwiches. As well, coffee/tea are often inconsistent (either not stirred well, or they are not trained well). Been coming here for 4 years as it is close to my family’s house.
Ordered a pumpkin iced capp some hashbrowns and a side of Chipotle sauce. Didn't get the sauce, and my liquidity iced caps came without a staw and the wrong lid. Is is possible to get Tim Hortons without being disappointed these days? Maybe I'm asking too much for my $20 breakfast that I'm tempted to just trash and go somewhere else. ?
