Workers mistook our order twice, and it wasn't the best service.... the line was rather long too. The bagels werent cut well and looked dout of shape
Rude staff!! Slow drive through. No eggs at 10am. Waited 30 min in the drive through for just coffee and bagel and staff are barley talking no helping with anything at all!! Asked for sleeve and just closed window and never came back. Disgusting service
poor customer service...Went through the drive thru and ordered two drinks, iced coffee and a tea. After leaving the drive thru and 10 mins away we realized the tea bags were placed inside of a coffee and given to us. We called to let them know and a lady there said no problem we will give you a refund and make you a new one. After that phone call we decided it would be easier to go back later as we had to get back to work. We called to let the staff know and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and demeaning. She had no problem being rude on the phone to a customer who received the wrong product.ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will not be returning.
I would give this tim hortons 0/5 if I could. I went through the drive thru ordered a tea and an ice coffee. After being about 10 mins away, I realized that they put my tea bags into a coffee. I called and asked if it was possible to receive a refund due to the mix up, the girl on the phone said if I came back I could get a refund and it remade. Once realizing the time, I called back asked if I could come later in the evening for the refund. The girl who answered was extremely rude telling me I was mistaken and they don't do refunds. She had absolutely no problem speaking down to me after their restaurant made the mistake. I was asking for a $2 refund and she continued to be rude. She then came to this conclusion that if I couldn't make it back in 10 minutes She would be gone and I would need to come back Monday for the $2 instead of today (friday). After being given these conditions she would not give me her name, and when I asked for a manager she said I couldn't speak to the manager even if I waited on hold. She then hung up the phone.

The laziest and unfriendly store in Hamilton .They do most the mistakes with coffees . I ignored them all the time (i thought they hv work stress it can be happend) but today i can not stop to write here . on the drive thru window most of Employees are unfriendly. This store has two drive thru but Evening time always they are using just ones and lines up blocking the road
They actually got my tea right this time, but definitely did not order anything past a drink as many times this location does not have this product or that product. The staff here are one of the rudest I've met. Don't expect a high standard or even bare minimum when I come here. When speaking to management there's a lack of standards, or compassion for guest service or quality at all. Do not recommend this location at all.
I work at this location n i prepared myself 3 chicken tenders, potato wedges & side ranch sauce... i loved it! ??.....My grilled roast beef & cheddar on a wrap was yummy!
Changing my original 4 star post down to a 2. Feel that this location is slowly going down hill. Parking lot is rough. Find some of the staff are rude and make me feel like I'm an inconvenience for placing an order
One of the few Timmy's open 24 hours.If you enter off Lake Ave. take the lane to the right. It always seems faster!The girls here are always super friendly and helpful!!
