Worst service ever! Whoever was working was way too rude! Also gave us the wrong order and said that we made a mistake! Seriously made my day worst!!!!!! ?

Didn't like the service to slow the workers perper to talk to one another and not serve the public

Me and my family usually goes here all the time and never had an issue until today. Staffs are usually very nice and patient, but today on March 3 around 12:45 there as a woman working the drive thru that was really rude and disrespectful. She was rude when we came to order through the drive thru and when we asked for a tray for our drinks and rudely told us that we needed to ask for a tray at the drive thru (which has never happened before and we were never told that ever). She proceeded to argue telling us how would she know if we need a tray or if there’s more than 2 people in the car (since we got 3 drinks). I’m not sure if she’s a new staff, but usually everyone at this location is very nice.

Ordered 2 sausage biscuits, a hash brown, and a large dark roast coffeeThey ended up giving me 1 sausage biscuit, 1 bacon biscuit, a Boston cream, and a large coffe that wasn't dark roast.Not really their fault that they're inventory and kitchen staff were behind, but it's their problemWindow lady was very nice though

I went to this locationTo go get my normal coffee like I usually do and took a phone call in the parking lot. An employee came out from the tim hortons and got into her family members or friends vehicle and in doing so hitting my vehicle with her door. All she could say was sorry and the driver of the vehicle starting getting very defensive with me like I was doing something wrong after I inspected my vehicle for damage and of course like you would expect there is a paint chip on my fender. I left very upset because this couple was starting to get very irate so I called the owner of that tim hortons and all he could say was its not his problem and he doesn't care refusing to take ownership of his own employee actions or property. For your own sake if you value anything or your own time then avoid this location at all costs.

I have Been to this location for past 6 months and never have I ever had a bad service. They always have stuff available unlike most around saying we don’t keep this”___” at our location.

worst customer service… lady named paula needs to get a life or a pay raise .. she’s fed up with her job .. she always act like she owns the place and she doesn’t care about how to talk to people.

They never mess up an order here.

First off: this is the bagel that I received- more cream cheese on the wrapper than on the bagel (it’s even on the outside of the wrapper)- it has been mangled by the cutting machine and then further mashed as it was cut in two by what appears to be a dull axe.I got this from the drive-thru and had already reached my destination before trying to eat my food: IT LOOKS LIME THEY RETRIEVED TO FROM THE GARBAGE. I wasn’t about to drive 15 min to return to the store an have them make me another (why take a chance that it would be better?) so I disposed of it;went to a McDonalds and they did it right the first time and gave me food that looked like I was the first person to eat it.Somehow this specific Tim Hortons is consistently unable to prepare my mobile order in a reasonable time. I should know better and just wait in the massive drive-thru line rather than hoping beyond hope that THIS is the time that it will work. Perhaps it’s a staffing issue and there are not enough employees to handle the all the things Tim Hortons tasks them with.

Very slow drive through even they were supposed to.open 24 hrs but closes at 11 cause no night staff , really timmies???
