Filthy wet bathrooms, law suit waiting to happen. When mentioned to Wendy's staff said they will mention it to the manager when she gets back???? I use a rollator and they're lucky I didn't slip on the floor. Wet floor sign was up but the floor was soaked.Slowest in-store food service for 2 people in line but the drive through different story. I should have kept count on the numerous car orders going through by the time the staff got to us. Just bad service overall.

Contrary to the other reviews, I found the staff polite and pleasant. The restaurant itself while austere and rustic was relatively clean. Maybe I just went in at a quiet time and missed the usual mayhem

I asked for a small ice cap, and I guess the person in front of me had asked for a large ice cap and then declined it so the worker said oh it's customer appreciation day today we upgraded your drink to a large from a small.

Perhaps the worst Tim Hortons experience I’ve had in my many years of visiting these restaurants. The staff were completely incapable of handling the amount of traffic in the drive-thru and inside the building. After I had finished paying for my BLT sandwich the staff member immediately said, “just so you know, we don’t have any bread left in the store”. This is precisely the kind of statement you’d like to hear before paying for your order. I chose not to receive a refund as I had already been standing in line for nearly 10 minutes, and instead had a sloppy, overflowing sandwich made on a plain bagel. Several minutes before I reached the end of the line a child had thrown a coffee on the ground, splashing over the tile floor where guests where lined up. Staff members neglected to clean up the hazard for the entire time I sat down and ate inside the restaurant.I asked for no mayo and received extra mayo, and there were no napkins to clean up the absolutely mess of a sandwich I was given.It seems that the staff members on duty were completely overwhelmed and received no support from a supervisor. This is an unacceptable way to run a restaurant, and judging by how many people were waiting in excess of 10 minutes, is simply not effective in the fast food industry.

Absolutely disgusted by the washroom facilities here. Management should be ashamed of how their washrooms are kept. Toilet was disgusting (cleaned by me in this photo), toilet paper holder missing, no soap, garbage on the floor. Gross

Terrible service, Lady who took our order made a mistake, person who served us gave us huge attitude and a lecture. Four different woman to make our drinks. Drive past this location. Franchise owners need to check on trainers, manager very unprofessional too.

Such horrible service. Avoid this place at all costs.Rude, ignorant and good luck with ordering just a regular cold brew because they don't even know how to make one! Send them all back for training!

I’ve gone through this drive though 3 times. All 3, I was the 4th or 5th car deep and each time the drive through took anywhere from 10-15 minutes to get through. Most of the time people were getting only coffees too which really confuses me how it can take so long.I got to the window today and realized why. I paid via card and counted out loud how long it took from payment to receive my coffee with a single mill in it. 57 seconds. You’d think that’d be the entire time at the window, but that’s only waiting for coffee.Really really garbage Tim’s. Highly suggest avoiding unless you have some time on your hands.

I waited for 10 min after and after he told me we closed our store we just doing drive thru .Bad serviceAlot of customers and 2 people working there poor managment.
