Long wait times. Needs some efficiency. A very kind staff but every time I stop here for a coffee, whether drive thru or walk in, it takes a frustratingly long time. Today there were approx 8 staff and no one taking walk in orders. 4 people standing around watching someone change the milk in a machine. Organization goes a long way.
Leave yourself an extra 30 minutes if you plan on coming through this drive thru. On a good day it's a 15 minute wait. You could drive to the grocery store, get fresh coffee beans, order a coffee maker off of amazon and wait for it to be delivered and have a coffee made faster than this place could get you one.
Always out of everything. Machines always broken. Longest drive thru waits in the city. Honestly, I drive or walk out of my way to avoid this timmies even though it's the closest one. I can drive across town and be home before they'd even take an order. Wouldn't recommend.
10 out of 10 on customer service at this location always met with friendly staff and orders are always correct. Keep up the great work
Worst Tim Hortons in town. Bad customer service, they all look like they hate their job. Drive thru takes forever and they always mess up my order. I always ask for a combo at the drive thru and when I pull up I pay full price, miss an item, and never get the combo.I told them on the phone I was missing 2 muffins and they gave me 1 muffin and the girl gave me attitude saying “you said 1 on the phone but ok….” Terrible service here.
They got the order tight this time, but they really need to work on customer service, maybe someone who likes people...either vary rude or just shove food out window, and say nothing
Just got 2 coffee and 2 Bagels today but I was happy and grateful to the customer that paid for my order ?
My go to every morning. The girls are amazing at the window. Always have a good laugh ? our coffee and tea are always perfect ?
Not happy with my service asked for an extra large chai tea with throfted non dairy milk with honey on the side when I got to drive through window he confirmed my order was correct. I GOT HOME IT HAD REGULAR DIARY NO STEAM AND HONEY WAS READY IN VERY DISAPPOINTING
Very slow. Try to go on my lunch and never have time to eat. Don't reccomend. Also last 2 times I go at noon and they are out of everything. Won't ever come back to this location
