Worst Tim Hortons in the city. Can you imagine this city is the place of the first Tim Hortons and this one is complete and utter trash. Only go here if you want your order to be wrong, would like to be late to where ever you are going or what sub par customer service. Literally a disgrace and disservice to the Tim Hortons franchise.
I went to this. Tim Hortons got ripped off on my blueberry muffin paying $2.19 instead $1.79And my dark roast is just watery milky hot liquid . Avoid this Tim Hortons at all cost . ?
Waited inside to be served while the employee ignored me and only served customers on drive thru, he had no intention of helping me, I asked him if anyone was working the front and he said “no he’s on break” and still had no intention of serving me. So I just left because he couldn’t be bothered to pass me a donut and let me tap my debit card. Lol ?
It's a bad experience.Very slow staff, always makes wrong order and customer service doesn't care to complete order fast. Especially morning time when it's at the busiest time they only have 2 people who close the door at the cashier and make you wait even though the order is ready I'm in front of the window.
Their QR scanner has been broken for 2 months and you cannot redeem from the Tims app. Staff admitted it was a problem. I guess they don’t make enough money to replace a $35 scanner. Also, the potholes in the drive-thru are brutal. Staff are friendly, the management at this location gets a F grade.
Tldr: drive thru is very slow, the other Tim's in the area are faster, including be the drive.This used to be my go to Tim's on my way to work. Recently the service has slowed to a crawl, It's common to have to wait in the drive through for 20+ minutes. I now make 2 left turns on to Dundurn then Main to circle around to use the Tim's on Main, just east of dundurn and then circle back over to king. It's significantly faster, as I often see that the drive through has still not progressed since I passed.Avoid if you can.
The visit was fine. Very long. Only one girl was working- she was keeping it calm and did an outstanding job handling orders coming in. the other snappier was running late- sure some people in line were late as well after that, we were.
This Tim’s Hortons is Litedally slow as shiy there always a line out the door the girls moves slower I’ll literally see people walking out of the line cause how slow it is either increase training or get more staff this is ridiculous

The service is usually very good, and polite. The issue lies with the store something is always not ordered or broken. Whether. It's the tea machine or Didn't order food to come in.
