Unbelievable, this the 5th time I am ordering cappuccino and give me hot milk. When I contact the store, make excuses of their machine not working. If the machine is not working why taking order. Not acceptable…
Three times in a row now the same lady in the drive-thru window forgets items in your order. I'm getting tired of going through the drive-thru, getting my order at the window, then pulling into a parking spot and going into the store to get the rest of the items that she forgot. Wake up lady. Get it right for once.
Woman at drive thru window always talking to co workers, while order is ready on counter. Misses free coffees after scanning card and I have enough points. (Have to remind her). Drive thru debit is down alot. Just terrible.
Grabbed a quick coffee and breakfast biscuit combo, food came out quickly was warm, no issues.
Haven’t had not one good experience here! Horrible customer service! I’m totally turned off Tim Hortons because of visits to this location. Very rude staff!
worst service ever...waited 20 min for a coffee..employees are slow..managers needs to be fired or pay closer attention to waiting time
Waited in the drive-through line for 30 minutes just to hear they ran out of eggs. I dont understand, just put more in before you run out?
I got to the line outside at 1:20 pm. 2 employees outside the entire time chain smoking. Took me 20 minutes just to get inside the doors, with a lineup of four people outside five in line inside. Only one person is working the cash register, you have four people fighting over how to put bacon on because there’s none left and no one knows how, don’t you hire a baker specifically to do just and only this? drive-through times are up five minutes on the screen. if you can’t handle a storefront close the doors and just offer drive-through service. In the end it took me 45 minutes to get a coffee.Ps. What’s the point of a hair net, if it’s not being used properly. One guy just put it on top of his head while all is hair spilled out the front and sides, wouldn’t be a bother if he had a haircut to suit the net. Instead his hair was still flowing past his shoulders in-netted. The other gentleman most of his head shaved, net over the shaved parts but not the front, the guy could barely see through his bangs.EDIT. After reading the next review I’m going to add that absolutely even months later I’m sure that old woman was the same at the counter, the only one doing her job with a crew of teens and young entitled adults who want the pay with minimal work. That old lady deserves a raise for being the only one to actually do her job in a shotty job situation.
We were told only 5 people in the store at a time but there were atleast 10 sitting and eating, only 2 other people in line.. will not be back.
I don't know why I keep giving this Tim's a shot, everytime I come here I immediately regret it. Long lines, long wait EVERY time. Today's drive-thru wait was over 15 minutes.
