Just sat in their drive thru for 10 minutes, and only moved up one Car length. The line was about 15 cars deep, had to bail or was going to be late for work. And last time I went inside, it was a almost 10 minute wait to get served, and had very little in food selection.
Friendly fast staff! Never have problems with my orders other than the odd time both coffees have grinds in the bottom.. YUCK!!!
They will rip u off got charged 6.04 before the prices went up for a med DD, med fv, old fashion donut then 2 weeks later same order 6.11.. doesn't make much sense.Also their morning staff is slow and should always make sure the customers order is finished before serving another customer.
Went through the drive thru this morning. Ordered B.L.T no tomatoes (allergy) and extra bacon. Got to the window got my drink and donuts but it was obvious they forgot about the sandwich. No problem. I waited a couple mins (2-4 mins) for the sandwich to arrive. It was handed to me and as I was in the parking lot I checked it. It was on a 4 cheese bagel (did not ask for that) it had tomatoes on it, cheese (also didn’t ask for that) and definitely no extra bacon. I took it inside to get replaced and told them I’d like it on a plain bagel, no cheese, extra bacon. What I received still wasn’t that. They apologized and said they were super busy. Which they were. I didn’t put up a fuss about the first mistake when I had to take it in. Wasn’t even going to complain about the bagel they put it on or still adding cheese. But what brought me to this point is the charred toasting job they did and STILL decided to give me the sandwich. The photo is the final result of almost half an hour waiting for a B.L.T. I had to wait for bacon to be made, and the ONLY reason I knew that is because I heard the baker say it to someone else. Couldn’t even let the customer know what the delay was. I get they were busy. But can’t be too busy to listen to the customer order please.
Horrible customer service, rude workers, long wait for just a chilli, I had to pull ahead and wait infront of the patio having everyone honk at me. And a worker was wearing long acrylic nails with no gloves, gross.
Absurdly rude customer service didn’t have my order available and refused to give refund staff was incredibly rude the young supervisor has absolutely no idea what customer service isI intend to use up my banked reward points and never ever give a penny to Tim Hortons againI spend upwards of a $1000 a month during my working season on meals and coffee,do to this supervisors trash attitude I will just make my own coffee or go to McDonald’s’s/ Starbucks insteadYou just lost a long time customer that spends a lot of money at this company.Funny how she said I was barred from the location because I refused to leave with out a refund, don’t worry I won’t ever give any money to any Tim Hortons location ever again in my god given life due to how I was treated as a customerAnd actuallyOn second thought I don’t even want your pointsI’ll just enjoy this McDonald’s coffee insteadI’d like to point out its customers that buy from your store that make you a company, and provide you with the jobs you have!Hmm first time having McDonald’s coffee it actually does taste better
This Tim Hortons has to be one of the worst locations. They never listen, and are constantly talking to one another instead of paying attention to customers. I experience this issue even in the driver thru with the person taking orders not paying any attention. This morning same thing, ordered my coffee then proceeded to order food and just got rudely talked over by the person taking orders. It's not a hard job, I don't understand the lack of attention paid to doing the most mundane things. The fact that there are so many reviews with the same complaints and this is still an ongoing issue here really shows the lack of customer care/service and the complete non-existence of management.
All timmys seem to be the same,very clean,friendly staff ,good tasting coffee and so so coffee unlike the great tasting coffee at McDs and ,grandads who also have fresh ,great tasting large pasteries
Slowest Tim's in history!! I have waited 10 minutes when I was the only one in drive thru. Usually takes about 15 if there is maybe 4 cars ahead. I also hear they like to call customers white trash and schedule fights for when their shift is over!
Always waiting 20 to 30 min to get a single coffee and there’s only 4 to 5 people a head of me worste ever coffee grounds in my coffee 3 out of 5
