This used to be our favorite stop on our way to Stratford. We hadn't been there for three years (Covid restrictions for border crossers) and this July 2022 were eagerly looking forward to the tradition of stopping for a coffee and pastry. What a disappointment. The staff was disorganized. The coffee was barely lukewarm and the iced cappuccino was starting to separate. There were no paper napkins anywhere and I thought "Okay, maybe it's a Covid thing or maybe a cost-saving thing... I guess you have to ask." But nobody behind the counter seemed interested in talking. When an employee came towards me on the floor and I asked she barked "I'm on break." Finally, the young man who served the coffee reappeared and seemed clueless as to how to proceed. Waiting for the napkins another customer remarked how, if it weren't the only place on her way to work, she would never come there.
I am a handicapped person so my experience with Tim Hortons bathrooms is usually met with disappointment. They tend to be too small and have heavy doors. This particular Tim Hortons had its one of its automatic door buttons to be broken or faulty. To my surprise an employee named Michele was nice enough to take the time from serving many people to apologize to me and my mother for the inconvenience and told me that many stores are experiencing a back log of assability repairs.Thank you Michelle and Tim Hortons of highway 6.
Consistanly one of the slowest Tim Hortons, especially for food. Over 35 min of waiting for a salad and sandwich. With 2 alterations because they ran out of ingredients.I've worked at tim hortons and have never seen so many staff accomplish so little day after day. This site needs management to step up!
As a customer I have no issue when I order including the volume I use. However, at this Tim Hortons, I was offended twice by the same cashier lady. She pretended that couldn’t hear my order and asked me to repeat it, in a rude manner.Unfortunately I would say my experience was bad.
This is my stop on my way to my Trailer Park. The lady that worked the drive through yesterday (May 14th) around 4ish, was fantastic. She got my order perfectly, and it was a bit of a dosey.Well done.
I'm not one to write bad reviews about restaurants, in fact this is my first one.Went through the drive thru Sunday May 8th around noon. We had 2 separate orders in the vehicle and one of us was using our Tim Hortons app to use coupons. They did not mention that tim hortons points/app can not be used on a multi order until we got to the window and tried to pay. The woman manager was incredibly rude about the situation, she said there is nothing she can do to allow us to use the app. We suggested that we will go inside to order instead because the coupons offered a big savings that we did not want to miss out on. The manager sighed and put her hand on her head and said YOU CANT DO THAT! I suggested that she can just ring in the order again on the inside and she said "Seriously?????" I said yes that is what good customer service is. She closed the window and rang in the order at the drive thru and now we were able to use our points card. I understand it's a busy location but there is no need to treat customers so rudely and behave like a teenager throwing a fit. This was a grown woman by the way.
At about 12.20 PM Sunday afternoon (April 24th) I went to this Tim Horton's to purchase two coffees and two Bagel BELTs. A bagel BELT is supposed to have bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato on a bagel. When we received ours they had neither lettuce nor tomato (making it a BE). I returned to the store and asked for tomato to be added (I did not care that much about the lettuce). The person assembling the bagel BELTs looked ticked off but I saw her add the lettuce and tomato. I received the "fixed" BELTs and drove away only to find that she had added at least a half a cup of mayonnaise to each sandwich. It was oozing out the top and sides. We had to throw the lettuce away (it was drenched in the stuff) and then spend 5 minutes scraping all the rest off. The addition of a massive amount of mayonnaise seemed to be done out of spite for me asking (very nicely by the way) to have the mistake corrected. Needless to say I will never go back to this place.
Great service excellent staff I want to know with my two year old son and they were over the board with being nice to the boy it wasn't extremely busy at this time but I've known this location to be super busy mainly because the dope store five stores down is it when you get the munchies donuts in timbits are the bomb
March 19th, around 3 pm , Take out order- Guy on the front was so rude and ignorant. They messed up and delayed my order for 10 mins. Another girl Manpreet had no answers, coffee was not hot enough and when I asked about rest of my order, front guy simply said idk, it's not in my hand, That's it. No sorry- No please nothing. So RUDE Please get him trained well. When I was leaving from the exit door, Manpreet asked her colleague," lai gya coffee". PLEASE WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You guys are TERRIBLE.
Sadly this tim hortons can't get an order right. The amount of times I come through and they mess up is ridiculous. Simply ridiculous. To the point they actually suggest going to the tim hortons down the road to fix their mistakes on multiple occasions.Lana the manager does nothing to fix the mistakes.John you should be disappointed. We literally joke in the community if you want tims, drive to Tremaine haha
