The Staff is very courteous. I liked the way our order was taken with a smile although it was a large order.
Super fast in the drive through. Had about 9 cars ahead and only took 3 mins to get my order. Way to go! Super friendly as well.
The staff that works here is great, but this is one of the worst managed stores I have ever been in. Severely understaffed regularly(only two or three people during a dinner rush) resulting in super long wait times in drive and upfront. The staff deserve serious raises for putting up with it and most of them would make more money elsewhere. Get it together and get your staff the support they need to do the job the way they capable of.
Absolutely horrible.When going in to get food it takes a while to actually order, they always, and I mean always have a new person working the front cash by themselves. This is nothing against new people running cash, but more they aren't trained properly to cover everything. Everything is focused on the drive through.Everytime I order I end up getting the wrong order. At this point I'm done, and never coming back.The last time I have went into Tim's to get something, we heard singing and some clapping coming through the drive through area, while the cash looked stressed having to handle everything else.This place needs to be managed better.
This morning my son went through drive thru & ordered 2 everything with herb and garlic cream cheese, 2 hash browns $1.77 ×2= $3.54. The total amount for 4 items came to $9.45. For the cost of the bagel $2.63 × 2 = $5.26 with cream cheese That is unacceptable price gauging during covid. Prices should be reasonable and affordable. You can get a whole meal at Wendy's for that price! I would avoid ordering from 634 Parkdale Ave!
The supervisor on Nov 30, 2021 at around 4PM was very rude. I ordered the new "TimBiebs" for delivery, they called and said they only have a few of them. I asked for the rest of them to be assorted regular tim bits. Supervisor was very rude, kept saying "Nope, NO, NOPE" in a very uncustomer like tone, even though the regular Tim Bits are cheaper. She has major issues. She can yell at her children like that/ Why is she treating customers like we are her kids? Im not coming back to this location.
During the day they have a fantastic team but somethings going on with this night shift. How many nights I've walked over to get coffee and they lock their doors early. Last night we went at 9:30. Half hour before close and they had their doors locked. Not the first time this has happened either.
Good service. Terrible location. During rush hours it's never a surprise to see the cars lined up on the street waiting to get through to the drive thru. These cars then block the view of vehicles attempting to leave the parking lot creating a hazard.
My favorite Tim Hortons, is close to my home and they have the best double double ever. The service is quite good and the place is clean. I will 100% recommend you this place.
Genuinely one of the worst Tims in the area. Wait times for a coffee are 10-15 mins. Seriously one person takes and makes every order that is walk in. Zero support for them. Honestly if there was a better option close by I would never come back. To be fair the staff is super polite, they are not slacking off...they are just understaffed and resources could be allocated better.
