Why allow mobile ordering if they are just going to be grumpy about it. None of the staff says thank you or hello. It’s incredibly frustrating when you try to thank someone and be kind and they are not.
Was served my wrap and wedges in a bag, no box, tastes disgusting, wedges are rock hard, they should loose they’re food serving license, beyond disgusting. Coffee was ok though
I bought a coffee tonight which the girl didnt make at once and went to kitchen after 4 min showed up and mixed up my order which taste of coffee was awful
I went to this tim Hortons this morning to buy a gift card and Ajay served me. He was so friendly and I asked him about a couple gift cards that I had purchased back on Halloween from the Tim Hortons on Lake Avenue and Barton that were supposed to be gifts. Not only did the other store screw up the balances the very rude manager at Barton and lake didn't even try to help me. I called head office 4 times and they didn't help me either. So I told Ajay about this and he had the problem solved in under 5 minutes. He has amazing customer service. I hope he sees this and how much I appreciated his help today. Also , I hope this reaches the miserable manager on Lake ave/ Barton location and head office . You are in a business where customer service should be top priority and yet you are awful at it. It's pretty sad.
Went there bought lunch and hockey cards tried to hook up to the web but always it never hooks up .
The service is poor at best and down right awful ?, can't get your order right and slow beyond belief. If your in a hurry don't go here. There are a few really good employees but I am extremely disappointed with this store.
Placed order on app for $10, did not receive product or refund 3 weeks later.When I got there to ask for my grill cheese sandwich and coffee. The very bored looking and clearly lazy girl who did not want to work(at 7PM on a Saturday with a completely empty donut display) informed me that both their panini AND coffee maker were out of order?! Was informed she could not refund my money because the order was placed through the app.Called customer service and reported the issue, was informed it would be resolved within a week, have not heard anything back and it has been 3 weeks.Can someone explain to me why a multibillion dollar corporation can not refund a measly $10 of my hard earned money?And also they can have locations that are still open without any functioning equipment?
