couldnt even give me the right order. ordered multiple drinks and none were correct at all.. nothing was labelled on the lids, to tell the difference properly between each of the hot drinks
Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and received a sandwich with poor chicken which was smelling so bad and was at least 3-4 days older. The sandwich has very less amount of sauce on it and they charge you more for that. Please think twice to order from this tim!!!!!
I was just at this fabulous Tim Hortons this morning at around 0730. Coming off a 12 hour night shift at the hospital, I tried to order myself a meal. What ended up happening was that I instead asked for a London Fog Sandwich! Trying to backpeddle I started to laugh not being able to think. Immediately the server that was chuckled a little and with his oh so amazing telepathy somehow knew exactly what I wanted.He kindly helped me get through the rest of my order and laughing all the way to checkout I was not fast enough to even think of a tip.This man was awesome and 100% made my day. Not only did he take this issue with stride he even wrote LF Sandwich with a smile face on my cup.I have had a huge smile on my face the whole way home and am still chuckling about it now.Thank you stranger - you are awesome.Also - I just wanted to add - the staff here are amazing, always smiling and friendly.Thank you Guys!!! xx
I have been to this location a few times the last year. The drive thru seems to be busy at most times of the day so give yourself some extra time if you choose to use the drive thru. Each time my drink orders were correct and tasted great.

On Sunday my son had a appointment at 11:40 Am and we went inside the Tim's at 11:00 for 2 bagels I pay for it and wait still didn't get it I had no other choice to left coz of appointment this is totally unacceptable staff very slow very bad experience never g again to this tims
Purchased 2 breakfast sandwiches(sausage and eggs), upon unwrapping it, notice the presentation was very sloppy. Cracked muffin, cheese were all to one side, sandwich wasn't prepared properly. (Location: Rymal and Wentworth)
Normally I would give this Tim Hortons a four out of five it's the closest one within walking distance and the one I go to every dayBut over the last month it's been going down hill.Twice I've had teas and the tea bags have been broken open and all in the drink.Bagels completely burnt or a hair in the foodAnd then today my ice coffee was full of coffee grounds.
Bought 2 boxes of 'unopened' Team Canada hockey cards. We got no trios or timbits cards. Obviously weighed and a complete scam. We have bought well over 2 cases (16 boxes). This is impossible based on the average of ~4 trios and one tim bits per box. Completely unacceptable.
25 minutes at the drive thru for some coffee. It's faster to drive to another location to get your coffee because these workers either too slow or understaffed all the time.
