Went to this place today. Absolutely terrible service by 2 older ladies working there who literally yelled at customer. Their washroom was absolutely filthy..This place needs franchise review.

I picked up a egg English muffin before work and the grease was over the top. The entire bottom half of muffin was a grease sponge and the bag was soaked in it.
Come here every single day. Everything is always fine except weekends. The coffee is always burnt & I never get the vanilla I ask/pay for in my coffee. Whoever the weekend staff is needs to do better because I’m done wasting my money.

Good Location, the reason I gave this a one star is because I felt very uncomfortable in there. I went in to order a coffee and a farmers wrap. While waiting on my order the only thing I could hear is the Manager Sidney speaking down to her workers like they were beneath her. It made me very uncomfortable, she even threatened to send someone home for no reason at all. I won't be returning here as I feel horrible for the workers who have to work under these conditions.
I went to this location the other day. I couldn't believe how the Female manager Sidney talked to her workers. She is always yelling at them and belittling her staff. I wanted to say something at the time but I figured I'd come here and maybe I willl hear something back of her being retrained or demoted. No manager should ever speak to their staff like that I found it disgusting and makes the company look bad for putting her in that role.
Friendly service, always fast service with great workers that care about their customers. I Always try to stop at this location when I’m in the city.
Cheap place for coffee and donuts. Old decor and outside appearance, looks dated. I'd rather go to the McDs next door.
