They closed 30 mins early tonight and I couldn’t get coffee for my night shift so thanks for that

They are a good location, definitely trying their hardest since they are so busy. Do not go there between 10:45-12:45 on weekdays if you are expecting fast service. It will be blocked up with a line from the secondary school students nearby.
This Tim Hortons has really gone downhill, there was a young lady working cash today and I asked her what kind of sauce and she repeated it three times and I replied, I understand that and heard you the first two times, my question was what's in the sauce? She is behind the till rolling her eyes and giving attitude then turns to someone else to ask, I said I have a food allergy and need to know. The other lady was very nice and told me, I said thank you, that's all I needed to know. The worst customer service, I won't be going back to this store and would rather give Upper Ottawa (in the Giant Tiger plaza) my business, much cleaner, more organized and way better customer service.
Great morning service with a smile. Even got a free donut when she seen I was taking photos for gmaps. Told her that I was thankful for the complimentary gift and she said we need all the promotional public feed we can get. Best part is mine is free and on a public platform too she said! Way to go Timmy’s
Staff are amazing, take care to make sure the order is done right. I’ve been going to this location on and off for years. Last Saturday was my worst experience only due to the absolute rude 4 elderly people sitting in the middle of the restaurant. The poor staff is getting berated on a daily bases by the elderly. Not a soul stuck up for the staff. There were at least two more tables of elderly customers adding their two cents. Absolutely disgusting it wasn’t even 10 am in the morning. The staff need a raise, EVERY DAY for 4-6 hours! That’s unacceptable why are you allowing your customers talk to your staff that way.I’m truly heart broken by the disrespect from your customers.The following day Sunday I had to order through their app. As the last thing I wanted was another confrontation in the lobby just for getting my morning coffee. So that location lost money, I won’t be returning if I see these people in the lobby.I in average spend $20-30 when I go in. So I hope the mangers understand that 6 people paying you $4 a coffee verses 2 young adults spending $30-50 between the two of us. That yes standing up for your employees will earn you more money than catering to the lowest denominator If you are one of the people that take advantage of the staff having a small coffee and harassing the staff for 4-6 hours is loitering. The sheer disrespect oozing from those 4 entitled elderly is disgusting. Hope you enjoy the loss of sales
Very bad customer service the Indian lady was screaming at the old lady she treated her very bad if I see her doing same to the old lady I'll call the police on her that she is billing the elderly..she has no respect no manners please if you don't like people don't work as customer service.
Ordered croissant, coffee, bagel and two sausage farmers wraps.Drove all the way home and didn't have my croissant, went back they gave me one no problem.when we ate our wraps they Sucked! Egg tasted odd and hash brown was very hard.
