Great food and great service. The restaurant is very well located and has a very nice environment for a casual lunch or more formal dinner. I tried the pasta and I loved it!
Amazing !! My relatives from Italy deemed The Express to have the most authentic Italian food they had in Canada. I've been back several times since. Warning : Their food is addictive !!! By far, they have the best thin crust pizza in the city. Super friendly staff , Great food , clean restaurant . Highly Recommended !!!
First time we dined here.The stracciatella soup was really good. I had the Pesto Pasta, with chicken added. It came with two slices of garlic bread. My husband had a taste of my soup which he liked as well. He ordered chicken tettrazzini. The portions were plentiful. We will definitely return again to this restaurant again.
One of the best Italian restaurants I have been to, the white wine sauce is to die for and the pasta is as authentic as I’d hoped. If your looking for the perfect place for nice evening out I highly suggest coming here, they have a cozy dining area and the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu items as I have many allergies and they were very nice to accommodate all of them. Will definitely be coming here more in the future.
My server (Kenn) was awesome and very easy to communicate with. The food was great and the environment was very comfortable. Highly recommend eating here if you are in Hamilton. Great place run by an amazing manager and staff!
WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD IN CANADAAND FOOD WHICH IS AWFUL AND OVERPRICEDBad service, the waitress treats the young man like they shouldn’t be eating here, but she treats the other table who is a dentist like customer is the god. The food also taste awful for this price, pizza is not crunchy enough , the tomato sauce with the cheese do not combine well, I don’t understand how can an Italy restaurant’s pizza is worse than papa john’s pizza. Finally, the spaghetti meatball, the meatball is falling apart and cold inside, I can even buy a nicer meatball from the farm boy, the only think they didn’t __ up is the bread.
Food not as good as the original Express restaurant on Greys road.Twice I've been to this location and twice I've been disappointed. The food was way more tasty 15 years ago.It's very bland and hastily prepared food now. IMO. Sorry. It's true. I was an original frequent client so I can attest to that fact.
Great portions and food. Solid Italian restaurant! Both times I’ve been have been dine-in. Service is pretty fast. Don’t load up on bread tho!
Excellent food, good portions. Recommend this place if you're looking for some good Italian Food!!! I will be back for more! The bruschetta is amazing!
