THEY IGNORE FOOD OMISSIONS! Do not order from here if you have food allergies or sensitivities.This place is not a safe place to eat. VERY unsafe. Stated in no fewer than FOUR notes on the order, “IMPORTANT: No green pepper in ANYTHING.”Food was riddled in green pepper. A simple request, dangerous they ignored it. They wouldn’t answer their phone either.

It was a great experience here. I have had Bubble Tea and it was one of the best bubble tea I have ever had.
Something felt weird about this place the moment I walked in. There was no music, making it eerily quiet. The decor is quite nice, and there are board and card games though none are in english. Though there were lots of free tables, dirty plates were at so many of them that I had to sit at a table where one of the chairs was suspended from the ceiling and made it difficult to reach the table. The service was terrible. We had to ask if we should get a menu, had to guess if we had to go to the front to order, and once we did order, they lost our order! My brother used the washroom and reported that it was very dirty and had liquid on the floor. When we finally got our food, it was just ok. But perhaps not worth the price considering this place has standard restaurant pricing ($12 to $19 per meal).
I had Strawberry Milk Green Tea cocktail today and it was incredibly delicious. Also in this place is great decor and good service!

I was walking by and saw their food specials on their sign and decided to go in. I'm glad the other reviews warned me though.First, I got 番茄牛腩飯 (tomato beef brisket rice) and it was amazing. Huge portion and so good. It was $15.91 including HST.The service was very lacking despite being the only person in there. Also they don't play any background music so it's completely silent in there. Where's my cheesy Mando-pop??Cash or debit only.
Made this fun discovery after dropping in on my lunch. Like a few other reviews stated, I wasn’t expecting such an extensive menu of teas, bubble tea, slush’s and deserts. It was very spacious and quiet when I went. Cashier was very nice and spent some time explaining the menu too me. She also said she hooked me up w/ extra tapioca! I can’t speak for the food, but will be going back soon to try some of the desserts. My only two complaints after 1 visit is that it’s a little too dark inside and it’s a bit pricey for what you get compared to other bubble tea in the city. Great otherwise!
