Tacos were delicious, just curious though, whoever made my order like 20 minutes ago, did y’all mean to do this? Listen, I ain’t complainin, I’m just sayin, I only ordered four small tacos for myself ???
Do not go to this store if you are vegetarian and do not eat meat, you will probably get beef instead of beenThis happened to me on Tuesday 5th july 12:50 AM in night as guy who work on drive thru window did not want to take my order,I almost had a beef which is strictly prohibited in my religion.Is there anybody has same experience, we can take actions on this store together
I was there to pick up a small order of two bean burritos and a regular drink. Came to the drive thru window and the worker says two beef burritos, I politely said no I had ordered two bean. Waited and they gave me the correct order. I drove home and opened the bag and realized they just gave me one bean burrito instead of two and charged me for two. They have not once but multiple times messed up my orders. Very disappointing.
guy on the drive thru was pleasant and patient with us as we ordered but the food we ordered felt like it had been sitting around awhile, had been thrown together very sloppily, and was honestly gross and kind of sad. it was soggy, not very warm, and the processed cheese was not very tasty.
My tacos were all broken when I got them.. I’m not talking about a few breaks, I mean like absolutely shattered and my fry supreme’s toppings were not evenly distributed.. they were all placed on the right side.. overall not happy with my order. Not the first time it’s happened at this location too
Such a disappointment. The food is always average, you know what you’re getting but it was thrown together horribly. Insides leaking out & wrapped soaking through the packaging. There was only 2 people in the store & not busy at all. I understand it’s a minimum wage job, but have some respect & pride in your work. Won’t be back & will advise others not to attend as well.
I don't know what happened when I went to this location but those Chili Cheese Burritos were made with LOVE. Well wrapped and clean. Bless you whoever made those. You're going to go far in life<3
I'm not a huge fan of Taco Bell. This food is easy to make at home and when you make it at home, you can add more than a flake of cheese and more than a teaspoon of meat (I am not sure exactly what the meat grade it but it doesn't look appetizing). Staff were super nice though !!!
The best staff! If you ask for sauce, THEY PROVIDE!!! This is the reason I pick this Taco Bell over any other. Their server who was working Friday night was suuuuper friendly and funny! He made our night with his bright personality! I didn’t get his name but I hope he gets a raise!
Poor customer service. They do not know how to work in food sector. Only preparing uber and skip ordersThere was no drive through order when I was there.They did not take customer order first..customer should serve first. Waited for 5-7 mins no one even took my order. Worst experience in here
