Excellent drive-thru service. Efficient, fast and delicious. I have to admit Taco Bell in the US for some reason is just not great at all. First time trying TacoBell in CAN was definitely amazing. ??
Exceedingly long drive through time. Fries supreme are just fries with nacho cheese. No napkins, no sauces, barely got the drink I paid for. Overall waste of your money. Do not support this business
The food was fine, but in an empty restaurant we were only able to find one table clean enough to sit at. We had to eat in our coats, as the dining room was very cold. We walked passed the thermostat on the way out, and it was set at 17.5 C.
Friendly and helpful staff. Fast food where you can enjoy crunchy warm tacos, ground beef and taco sauce with crispy cold lettuce. Their menu items create a flavour and texture celebration in your mouth. Yum
These are my awful $5 Fan favourite soft and hard taco supremes. Only they forgot to make them supreme. No receipt. Drive thru person didn’t even say hello or thanked me. Just gave me the debit machine, the bag and that’s it. This place needs new management and a complete facelift. Overall poor experience from a customer service side and food.Also how does Taco Bell run out of their own sauce?
There good but this location for the third time this month has shorted me on my drive thru order. I like the food enough to forgive that fact when I get home I find out I'm missing 1 or 2 extra tacos I ordered. I want to trust that the food I ordered is provided when I get it at the drive thru. I don't want to have to micro manage the situation by having to check my order before I leave the drive thru. Don't make me be that customer please. If I didn't have these "not get my orders provided correctly" I would have given a 4 or 5 star.
Doesn't listen to order at all, they asked if I wanted jalapeño cheese I said no thank you I can't handle spicy stuff with my stomach, fries supreme had jalapeño cheese as did my beef burrito, also fries supreme is supposed to have tomatoes cheese meat and sour cream mine had cheese and beef, where's the rest?? They don't understand you when you order I had to repeat myself 6 times and obviously they still didn't get it. Will not be returning to this location
4 staff behind the counter were playing around...one women even threw the food into the tacos for the drive threw order...she was showing the other staff how fast she was and laughing about it...my 10 year old granddaughter is more mature .. . l had ordered a cheese fry and the same women put in hand in my fries and took some out when l question the manager...he said my order was to large for the cheese ...so they had to remove some of them to add the cheese...why didn't the staff who put my fries together...remove some ..if it was to much...the other staff had no right to put her hands in my food....l will never go back to queenston taco bell and l will never forget that staff...all she did was yell and laugh at everyone....she has no customer service and she not be working with food because of her lack of hygiene towards customers orders
Bad customer service from guy who is working at food station seems like he is supervisor or manager. I went there to pick the uber eats order. He was very rude with me without knowing the order number he was like come back in 5-7 minutes no hello no hii . He was litterally very very rude. I feel very bad. Worst visiting. Never recommend……….
This place needs to be bulldozed down. What a dump. It's very dirty inside and I know they do not clean their fountain drink machine. Pouring my pepsi I saw all this black stuff fall into my cup.Gross! I like the fries supreme and the double decker tacos... but they do not make that anymore. Taco bell is pretty bad.
