Terrible Customer Service. Wedding cake and cookies were to arrive at the hall for 3pm, didn't get there until closer to 6pm. They went to the wrong address even though when I placed the order I provided the correct address. The person that answered the phone has zero customer service skills, didn't even try to look into why the cake hadn't arrived, completely incompetent. Sounded too young to be working! The driver calls me at 430pm while the ceremony is happening so when I called back to find out what time the cake would arrive after driving to the wrong city has the nerve to use the excuse the 'link is closed' like that's the problem, that's not the problem! Not to mention I drove to the venue and the alternative routes were fine! Now I know why the quoted price was actually less then what they actually charged me, they charged me for delivery to the wrong address, thanks, keep the extra I really don't care. Won't see me again and we have a few weddings coming our way. Won't recommend you to anyone either.
First time visiting here and what a assortment goodies!!!! They have a great selection of deli and pastry! If you walk in there hungry, expect to spend some money there. Ready meal is there and you can take it home to just heat it up for your meal. Some European beverage is available and I think I’m going to go back to try some more dessert plus more. I honestly don’t think price is friendly but what a fund store to visit and to try something different!

I believe they are $3.75 each, but they are totally worth it! The freshness, the filling with the cannoli shell-Man oh Man oh Man!.So pre-order your donuts today! Great veal parmigiana at a good price. Excellent pastries. But their customer relations could be improved. Yesterday I bought a large Caesar salad but it was missing the two packets of dressing. This was not discovered until dinner time. We made an adequate substitute dressing, but the salad was not quite as good as it should have been. I went in today to complain (that’s a 30 minute round trip). After some discussion and about 10 minutes, I was first offered the missing packets of dressing, then alternatively $5 or a small salad. The correct way in such matters is a quick consultation with a manager leading to either a full refund ($14) or a replacement salad.

Sweet Paradise has always held a place in my heart. I grew up with this bakery, and even though the staff have changed over the years, walking in feels like home. The staff are still friendly, the baked goods are still fresh, and they have a wide variety of quality deli meats. The price for frozen food here is also great! A treasure on the Hamilton Mountain.
I tell everyone they make the best apple fritters anywhere. Then people return for a great bakery experience!

Just wow. Will be bringing my wife here. Picked up a cake in a pinch and enjoyed some pastries which the family loved. A nice find!
For years, I’ve been coming here to order their cake. I call the day before with the cake in mind and they have it ready the very next day. Good selection of cakes and are very well made, big portions/size and delicious. My favourite is the strawberry romanoff.
