Never order here online or even eat at this place because They are extremely rude. I ordered a sub through skip the dishes and they accepted it. I was waiting for like 20 minutes before I receive a message from my driver saying that they are refusing to make my food even though they accepted it and kicked my driver out. Luckily I was able to get my money back. Please be careful dealing with this place. They will scam you at this point.

Wednesday 7:15 am (open from 7:00 am). I am ordering sandwich with steak and cheese and the worker is loading it on my sandwiches and second after she tells me the toaster is not turned on and I ask her how much it will take to be on and ready to toast my sandwiches. She answer: 20 minutes because she need to clean it as well. Seriously??? Not recommend this place at all. This is way below anything. No comment. Not recommend this place at all.

Sam made me a great sub and made my experience exceptional!!! 10/10 would recommend

Poor customer service… the lady seemed as if she was in hurry and was literally throwing the stuff on my sub….Always had better experience at other locations…Won’t come here again.

What an improvement over the subs I bought in 2020, and 2021.Someone told me that Subway changed their policy and you will no longer get a sub with two pieces of meat on it and they were right I actually ordered a ham and turkey sub and it had 10 pieces of meat on it that covered all of the bread. There was actually enough toppings on it that I could say I had a very nutritious sub.

The worker cross contaminated my girlfriend's order. I ordered a meat sub, my girlfriend is vegetarian.He touched the meat for my order, and then touched my girlfriend's sub bun, and pattie. I told him about it, he didn't understand me, and kept touching other toppings. Another staff member came over, and made her a new sub. This is not the first time I have had an issue like this at various Subway locations. We will not be returning to this location.

took a bite into my sandwich and felt some resistance as I pulled the sandwich away from my mouth. I looked down and I was unpleasantly surprised with a long hair coming from my sandwich (this joint was really stuck in there and I was pulling for a minute). Only reason why I rated 2 stars instead of 1 is because shordy behind the counter was kinda valid so i’ll let it slide.

Please train your staff about cross contamination. I’ve left twice over how grossed out I was. They touch the computer with the same gloves they make the subs with, and then continue to make subs. Had to leave again today don’t feel like dying. Please please please re-train the staff it’s absolutely disgusting. I’d put less stars but I don’t even like leaving bad reviews I know how tough business is. Make sure they are cleaner the next time around. All I can think about is now everything in that store is contaminated . Gross me right out. I was there Sunday February 13th at 4:10pm. I’ve left twice over this . Please solve it . Thanks

Subway is low quality, low quantity, over priced.You are way better off to go to an independently owned sub shop. I will never eat at Subway again in my life.

I visited store at 830 Upper James 2 weeks ago. I ordered and gave my promotional coupon. They refused to accept it, and were very rude about it. I called Subway, who informed me they are franchises and they don’t have to honour anything that they don’t want to. I wrote Subway via this site. I got an email back from Trish who wrote that I had written the wrong store, and if I replied to her she would get it to the owner of 830 Upper James. I never heard back. I’m left with two promotional Subs you plan to not honour, and the reality that Subway is going downhill. I never heard back. Honour my coupons or give me a gift card to make up for the lost value and the bad experience.
