Rude sandwich maker gave 2 tiny scoops of guac because that's all they had left, then charged me for it. Didn't even bag the sandwich, just gave it to me with the bag without saying anything.
I went to this store two weeks earlier to get myself a sub, and I got to know that the owner does not give tips to the employees.. This is highly unethical and unprofessional. If the staff are not getting what they deserve, I believe the owner is attempting to deceive the customers in order to defraud us of more money. The owner has owned this business for a long time, and the staff have worked here day and night without receiving any tips. I strongly advise the staff to speak with the owner; otherwise, this must be reported.

When did subway start to limit the number of toppings that customers can get???!! I was a regular customer here but they told me I can get only 3 toppings on my chicken teriyaki wrap today…very minimal, it’s like no toppings at all…feeling got ripped off…not coming back again…
Just had the most annoying experience at this subway. My bf and I walked in about midnight. It was quiet. Staff wouldn’t even acknowledge us and continued making call in orders for nearly 15 minutes. Staff seemed annoyed to have to make our subs. Not friendly at all and I can’t believe how slowly they moved! Other customers started rolling In And it seemed the staff moved even Slower ( if that’s even possible). By the time we got to eat our toasted subs they were just cold and stale tasting. Worst subway experience ever ??
Service was a bit slow but it was mostly due to the guy in front of me getting food for 3. Otherwise , its a subway, they are all the same.
Just eated subways sidekick sandwich believe me its not worth it its garbage patty was not even cooked and it was so tiny and tastless not any employee fault but subway should remove it from their menu
Ordered through skip the dishes, first of all the order took almost an hour when it should have only been about 20 minutes. When the order finally arrived both sandwiches were missing/ had wrong toppings, both sandwiches were soaked in an ungodly amount of house sauce... It was like they were dunked into a bucket full of the stuff. Soggy right through and the paper wrappers were falling apart from how much sauce there was. Really gross, would only recommend ordering in person to make sure they don't run these things under a sauce tap....
If you don’t like your job, and/or you don’t like to work in the midnight, just don’t do. Came here two times before, around 2am to 4am, because it’s the only place I can eat during this late night near McMaster. If there’s another place open, I won't come to this location.The staff seem have a poor listening skills, you need to speak extremely loud and repeat several times, then they can understand what you want.Sometimes they’re cleaning the machines and your bread can't toasted.I saw they drop a new pitas from the box on the ground, then pick up and leave it on the table, instead of throw in the garbage directly. Not sure if they throw it away later or put it back.Worst Subway location I have ever seen.
