Consistently good. Compared to a few locations elsewhere in Hamilton this one is consistent and serves tasty drinks. Once I got a cappuccino that was 50% foam but I did not bring it up to anyone and just left lol. Every other experience has been nearly perfect.
There was an insane wait and the line up was out the door. My daughters and I were chatting amongst ourselves, we were not upset or in a hurry, more concerned for the 1 person trying to get everyone through. I quietly said to my Daughter that they should have another cash open. An employee came out of know where got in my face with her loud voice and said we are short staffed and everyone is sick. I was shocked that they would come into a customer's conversation like this. She then complained that they are all overworked. This was unacceptable. She needs to loose the chip on her shoulder!! Fast!!!!
I went to this location about a week ago even though I do not live close by. The line up wait was too long, there were two separate lines one inside and one outside the store, COVID-19 protocols were barely in place, inside there were more people then the capacity allowed. The staff helping behind the cash register were very slow and ignorant, and they only had one cashier who was not fully trained. I ordered a Venti caramel iced coffee, Cali style WITH MIlk and the drink had not turned out how it usually does. The pre stored coffee they used in my drink tasted expired, for all I know they could have stored it for months. When calling out my name for my order, I realized that my drink had no milk. When asking the barista who handed it to mix milk inside like I asked, she gave me a separate cup quarter filled with milk. Then when asked again to mix it she angrily took the cup poured more than half the drink down the sink and poured milk straight on top, after this she set the cup harshly onto the counter. Customer service at this Starbucks doesn't even deserve a star, they were Ill-mannered and there behaviour was totally un acceptable. If you want to waste time, check this location out.
My 19 year old daughter loves their cold drinks. Personally i have never drank any Starbucks products and I feel the line ups are not only ridiculous but so are the prices.
Wait times are way too long. They also need to have someone monitoring the line - not just have some employee freak out when you walk in the cafe to order when they’re at capacity (but there’s no indication of that)
The batista is great all of them. They always get my drink perfect

The team at this Starbucks deserves amazing comments. I came in on Nov 27th with my husband. The line up was insane and under all the pressure they really worked as a team. I actually couldn't believe the customer who came in and complained about something the app was saying and it was a glitch. The attitude she gave the staff was just ignorance at its best.This team is amazing and I applaud you for being in high spirits even under the intense pressure.
There is no point asking for what you want at this location. Whatever you order they make it how they want, not how you order. It doesn't matter to them, you've driven away and can't do anything about it.
