Not a huge fan of this location. To start, the staff are super friendly, curtious and kind. The location seems to have inconsistent hours and has been closed at times when it should be open. Line ups and waits can be unpredictable and long. Also not a fan of paying $1.00 more for non-dairy option.
Wow, if only i could give a zero! Loool! My friend gets this one espresso ALL THE TIME! It is a $4.80 drink. The Starbucks at Jackson decided to charge my boyfriend $7.30! For this drink, i corrected them saying it should only be $5 and they say “no, its priced this way because we are a franchise.” I acknowledge you are, I have shown you a picture and pointed out my friend ordered it, its OBVIOUSLY known this is a franchise. Thank you for charging me $7.30 because you have no idea what you are doing in this industry:) have fun with another low rating and bunch of customers lost! By the way, heres the proof that THE CUSTOMER is right and YOU are wrong.
The staff here are very friendly, but I suspect some of them don't know how many espresso shots go into an Americano - twice now I've gotten a gross cup of very weak coffee. It's supposed to be three shots, folks.
Good location. Usually pretty quick at making orders. Sometimes busy but that’s understandable.
Excellent service,,smiling staff,,just one thing..not enough choiceof coffee to bring home..but it's a very welcoming little shop

I am new to Hamilton, was just visiting and for a small location, I was surprised about how the barista, Tristan (I think that’s his name), was very friendly and customer service-focused. He was not just focused on making drinks but he made small talk.
Too slow! Stopped in the drive though around 9:30AM 01/30/21. Took over 25 minutes in the drive though making me late for work. Simply unacceptable. Guess it will be Tim Hortons for now on...
Served me a frapp with spoiled milk in it. Had to throw it away. Waste of money.
