Purchased a brown sugar oat shaken espresso and it tasted like water. I believe they forgot to put in the espresso part but also did not taste like oat milk either. Went back in today and when I complained the worker was making excuses and was basically telling me I was wrong when I know I was right. I spent almost 8$ on a venti coffee that tasted like absolute garbage and could not even get it re made.... awful customer service and i will not be returning.

Terrible service. Got 2 drinks. Was given 1. Then the 3 people behind me were served. Then they give me the wrong drink.

Not sure what's happening at this starbucks lately but they have been making the drinks wrong ALOT. I get it they hired some new staff. It took 10 to 15 mins to make 2 drinks.
I JUST came to this location, got a venti iced white mocha with sweet cream cold foam.. but they kindly put HAND SOAP NOT!!!! cold foam… How does that even make sense?????

Just bought a cold coffee. Surprised that they put Ice in it to cool down. Seriously???? So I now have a drink that’s neither cold or hot. Very disappointed. That was after waiting 15 mins so did not have time to complain and take it back.
The staff was amazing and knew their stuff
