I really wanted to love this place because I'd rather support local than big chains. A few small tweaks and opening the patio would help. Decent place to watch the game over a beer and have a casual bite or catch up with friends. Patio looks good but it was closed the night I visited as it had been raining hours before. Mix of tables/ booths/ bar seating.Food is the expected fair, nothing to write home about. Cheese capaletti was tasteless/boring so pick something else. Reasonable prices. I'd suggest this place for drinks + appies rather than a meal. Service was sufficient and respectful. Would go again, but not in a huge hurry.
Great service and great food. Support local business. There will be reviews about a certain politician that visited - these reviews are from people who never visited nor ever planned on visiting this business. They are children with nothing better to do. If you support good people who serve all patrons regardless of political affiliation, support this business. I know I do.
Food was yummy, good portions.Pretty poor service, she was very friendly but inexperienced and not prepared (the restaurant was busier then they expected for a holiday Monday..poor planning on managers behalf not a reflection of the server). Had to ask for everything (including our meals to be brought out and then for cutlery). The table behind us weren’t even greeted for the first 30 minutes after being seated.
First time experience coming from brantford for a special occasion. The server was very rude to my family almost the entire time. They didn't have half of the beer menu available. Also was asked when we made the reservations if they had steak. Come to find out they were sold out of steak, halibut and calamari also. The birthday girl was the one who wanted steak so we all had to wait for our meals after her and my great aunts had to redecide on their meal. My salad didnt taste bad but was warm. Also not surprising as there was no A/C on, only a fan. My boyfriend still hadn't got his root beer and the rest of my family of about 14 had already had been given alcohol and food. He was also the last to be served his food. I give 2 stars for the food quality, definitely not the service. We had to get up to go pay our bill too. Ended up being there for almost 3 hours.

Dropped in last night and it was busy. Did not have a reservation but there were plenty of empty tables. Sat and waited for 50 minutes, no service so we left. One couple stayed 30 minutes before they left. Another couple said they were waiting for their bill and they were never coming back. Felt sorry for the Hostess, she definitely needed some help.Received a response from Mark the manager several days later. He sent me his email address to contact him to receive a gift card. The email address he sent does not work. I used the email address on their web site and it does not work either.

What a fabulous place to get together with friends for dinner and drinks. The food was really great, all six of us enjoyed all our meals from the smash burger to the lobster club, prime rib panini. We enjoyed it so much we already have plans to return next week. The atmosphere is just so relaxing and the service was outstanding from the time we sat down until we left. Heather was our server who made everything perfect, fun and very enjoyable.
It's a very nice restaurant, the food was good and service ok. No negatives. It's just a noisy place due to acoustics. They have two rooms and a patio, stay out of the big room if you wish to have a conversation.Pre-covid we had gone for their prime rib night, it was excellent, will go again.
Noticed that the portions are smaller than my last visit. Our server seemed pleasant at first. But when the rest of our party arrived her demeanor changed. No smile. Felt like we irritated her. Will rethink returning
