Delicious food and great service! I had the fish and chips which was great. The fish was crispy with not an excessive amount of batter which is how I prefer it. My boyfriend had the steak which originally came out overcooked but the server and manager quickly got him a fresh meal and a complimentary salad which he was really happy with. We finished off the meal with the chocolate cheesecake which was PHENOMENAL. Can't recommend this place enough!
I always have a great experience here. Shout to all the staff who do a amazing job at maintaining the happiness and making everyone happy the best they can and all there hard work. Me and my friends always come here each week the food and service is great. I would like to appreciate our server Rachel who serves us most of the time she’s very professional and super nice always gives a great experience also makes sure people are having a great experience. There’s another lady at the front who does the walk in she also does a amazing job at her job always.
We came in for the leafs game on Wednesday evening. I could tell our server was really busy, I think her name was Katie. She seemed to have a lot of tables but she gave us great service we had a great time and she was always on top of everything making sure our drinks were never empty and checking on us on a regular basis that we have everything we need. We will for sure be asking for Katie the next time we come to shoeless Joe's it was a great experience. Go leafs!!!!!

Came for lunch and to watch an afternoon Blue Jays game. Food was great and this is a great place to watch a game.
I had came in with a bouquet of flowers for a function I was going later that day, and Dana had informed me I could give them to her and she would put them in the fridge for me before I could even ask. Dana is wonderful; she constantly checked up on me and reminded me to remember my flowers before I left. Excellent service, she made my visit to Shoeless Joe's very pleasant; we need more people like Dana in the service industry; Shoeless Joe's is really fortunate to have her! She deserves a lot of recognition.
From the moment we walked in last night, my husband and I were greeted with wonderful welcoming smile. Our server Steph was very nice and friendly. We were very impressed by Jackelyn who we told it was our first time at this location and she was so amazing and gave us a few details about the restaurant, the patio, the staff, the events we could book for, etc. Thanks to her we already booked a birthday party for this Month.Great atmosphere, food, music and service.Called in today and spoke to Ken, and once again experienced superb customer service when making the arrangements for the birthday party that I will be hosting there. We had an amazing time last night and are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you!

Service was awesome, food how ever was not the best, although they did correct there mistake. The first fish and chips I got was super dry, never experienced that before. I am a chef and I get fish and chips most places I go cause it is usually a safe bet. The owner quickly whipped me up a new and it was perfect appreciate the replacement meal! Had the pretzel dessert wasn't the best all of there other dessert loom good tho. I have never been to a shoeless Joe's before, I guess for there pints they put them in big heavy awkward glasses, wish I could have gotten my pints in a normal pint glass, I just feel like when the glass is so big heavy it takes away from the expierence of the beer.
A bit of confusion about whether a reservation was required or not. (During the day no res is required, and in the evening, it is.) The service was lovely, the food is typical grub with a good variety of vegetarian options. You would likely enjoy this place more than I did if you like sports. Makes sense...you know... it being a sports bar and all.
