It was so good, love the food there. Just a bit expensive but it is worth it!
Fantastic service wasn't too busy food came out fast
Very tasty but the AC was blasting on top on us... kinda made us lose our appetite.
Great selection to appease more tastes, items were fast and fresh... but: on the pricier side for AYCE sushi and parking isn't very good. Also, our waitress didn't once ask anyone for drinks. One of them puts a steaming hot bowl of soup RIGHT in front of my almost two year old... Ridiculous.
Fast and friendly service. It was not too busy for a Sunday. I was not impressed by the furniture, layout of the place. It is a bit dark too but nothing that interferes with seeing your food.We ordered all you can eat. Miso soup was really good but I was hoping for more than 2 small pieces of seaweed. The deep fried cheese wontons were good as some of the beef plates but not the chicken ones. The breaded deep fried shrimps were not great and some of the deep fried food had a very strong oil taste. The shrimps for example, did not taste like shrimps. The different sushi we ordered were good. The chicken skewer was deep fried pieces of chicken w sauce. Quite dissapointing as I was looking forward to that chicken skewer. Maybe I did not read the description of the plate and it does say that it is deep fried chicken! Our food with tip was $150 for 3. Quality wise, not worth but I guess for a all -you- -can- eat after the pandemic, it is the new norm.
Bad experience. First some of the items on the AYCE menu on their website were not available when we went for diner, I called and asked if the menu was the same weekends and weekdays and was told yes but it wasn't the case. Also the woman I spoke too didn't know the menu and had to ask the chef and it was still the wrong information.Went to dinner and while the service was not bad many items didn't arrive and our server didn't know what she was bringing us. the quality of the food over all wasn't good either, things either not cooked enough (Raw but not meant to be raw) or overcooked and flavorless. Some of the items were frankly gross to look at. Beef was especially bad, lots of gristle or just the worst cuts, stay away from that or the Salmon. Rolls that were supposed to be crispy were 80% or more breadcrumbs with the slightest bit of fake crab or salmon. We will not be returning.
Boxes and boxes of take out containers, etc piled up in space right by the front door as you walk in...looked horrible Took 20 minutes for order to be placed; never did receive everything ordered Food is "ok" and "decent"...over-priced Staff is very pleasant ?
A friend and I came to your restaurant yesterday prior to going to a nearby concert. We gave ourselves over an hour and still we barely got any food before we had to leave. The staff was very friendly and what food we did get was good but more than half of what we ordered never arrived and we left our expensive, "all you can eat”lunch hungry, and with a bitter taste in our mouths about the whole experience. Furthermore, at no point did anyone ask us if we wanted anything to drink, including water. We actually arrived when there were still very few people there but everyone else, including those who arrived after us seemed to get their food delivered long before we did. On top of this, after we asked for the fourth time where our food was we were offered 25% off, (which was just insulting considering we actually got less than half our food, then given a bill with 15% off (making me think maybe they didn’t think we could do the math?). Honestly at this point, they should have offered at least half off, if not 100% for the terrible service. This was my first trip to Sapporo and I am uncertain as to if I would ever return or recommend your restaurant for in house dining.

Amazing sushi always. Expertly wrapped with great quality fish and rice. We got the all you can eat.
