Wonderful service - I asked the waiter for hot fish sauce and they brought it w/a cautionary warning. It was the perfect complement to my Beef Noodle Bowl. It was also my first time trying the dessert, Osmanthus. It is clear gelatin flavoured with the flowers of the same name. It tastes of very light apricot with a hint of piney greeness. It is a perfect low calorie, gluten free dessert to cleanse the palette or as a way to cool oneself in the summer.

Great portion and delicious.3 years ago… We ordered about a month ago from DoorDash app. Ordered seafood soup with rice noodles and chicken well done beef noodle soup. It was delicious, big portion, love the condiments. We would definitely ordered here again.

I found multiple bugs in the pad Thai I ordered tonight from this restaurant ?? (the more I dig through, the more I end up finding). I reported them to public health and Uber eats but I feel nauseous and needless to say will never be ordering from here again. Owners response: there is fruit flies due to the weather. There is no way these are fruit flies and this is a public health concern. I appreciate the apology from the owner but this is not okay.
Saturday night, service was very slow, my group whom was a table of 4 had ordered items that they had consistently forgotten to bring. Even after repeatedly mentioning to the staff we had selected these particular items. Food was okay, which justifies atleast a 2nd star but there was small flies noticably hanging around the restaurant so we had to consistently cover our food. Then the waiters repeatedly walked by our table when our dishes were piling up and nobody took a second to ask us how we were doing or to clean our table of the dirty dishes, we waited approximately 20 minutes for someone to stop and attend to us.
ACYE totally worth it as everything we had was delicious. 4 satisfied customers. Food wise, would definitely recommend and do this for a dinner activity again.Customer service could be more punctual through grabbing dirty dishes/ providing refills on water and drinks. Wasn't horrible but not great either. -1
The finest restaurant in hamilton! I think it is underrated! I always order here because it comes fresh and orderly packed! This place is underrated. Should be recognized more! My favorites are their sesame balls,deep fried tentacles, and authentic custard egg(chef’s kiss!). Well marinated meats too! ❤️ Just a reminder, there is no need to give cutlery and napkins if the costumer did not ask. Let us be more nature-friendly. I always ask not to give me any , but they keep putting a lot of cutlery and napkins which i dont use ?
Liked this place until today. I forgot my wallet so had no ID but I had my vax passport and different government documents+birth certificate on hand in my phone thankfully which always had worked. However they were quick deny us sitting in. I don’t understand why as I had done that once before at this place but we ended up going to Sapporo who was okay with me providing my documents and vax pass on my phone? Never coming here again unless this is resolved
Tried Saigon House for the first time and I’m so happy we did. I ordered online for pickup and my partner walked over to get the food. Staff was friendly and efficient. The food and smoothly were carefully packaged. And everything was so delicious. I didn’t think I liked pad Thai but apparently I’d just never had good stuff before because it was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back!
Fantastic food, consistently delicious and special requests followed. Their basil ho fun noodle dish is to die for, with pad Thai and pineapple fried rice also being favourites. They offer a great variety of dim sum/appetizers, all of which I’ve tried being amazing. The calamari, shrimp dumplings, cheese dumplings, and pork buns are to die for!
