Awesome fish and chips, huge servings. Super friendly server. Outdoor patio is large, nicely shaded, and tables well separated.
Spectacular! Royal Coachman has one of the best patios I have ever been to. The food, service and atmosphere were all outstanding.
We stopped going to the Coachman for awhile despite its very nice patio and good selection on tap because the food was very average. I gave it another go last week and was pleasantly surprised. The patio and tap choice is still outstanding and there seems to be an upgrade in the quality of the food. My fried chicken sandwich was a good portion of well prepared and cooked fried chicken.I'll be back

One of the best pubs I’ve been to. Definitely worth the drive to have a nice meal for a decent price. Also not to mention their califlower bites are the best that I’ve ever had!
Love this place. Have been here a couple of times post golf in the area. Good amount of beers on tap. Great inside and patio. Good pub feel. I had the fish n chips which were good and the bacon jam burger which was beautiful. Little pricey imo for some items but hey such are the times.
Great pub with great food. We had the fish & chips and the bourbon jam burger and both were delicious. The fish & chips are a must try and the portion is huge.
Love the fish and chips! The beer battered fish is nice and crisp and fries are seasoned just right. Sometimes the fish is a bit soggy, lacking consistency with crispness which makes it less enjoyable. Remains the best fish and chips around!
Very disappointed with our dinner tonight. Finally was able to dine in for a family birthday. Apparently they pulled alot of classics from their menu. Butter chicken removed.....prime rib removed.... Guinness steak pie removed.... My daughter ordered chicken fingers and got a wrap instead. My wife and I ordered the steak and kidney pie and it was dry and had no flavour. I was going to order the 2 pound chicken wings however almost $30 is extremely expensive. Very sad as we have been going to this pub for decades. New owners maybe???? Not sure but they will see their customer base drop unfortunately. Turtle jacks and symposium will be our first choice now sadly.
Terrific patioGood friendly serviceHowever french onion soup was awful.Here is an update.Thought we would give this another try since we haven't been back for awhile. Service was still friendly, but the food is atrocious. My friend couldn't eat the fish it tasted so bad, like it had been sitting around for awhile. My breaded brie was dry and barely warm. We won't return.
