You guys rock! I love how you guys organize your customers’ information and order history. From pickup to hang up was under 45 seconds and I even added a customization to my order. And let’s face it, they’re Red Rockets wings, consistently the best wings in town.
Order slow to come out and when asked the girl commented they were busy but Noone was there she pushed the order thru the opening and left without resolving my concerns Got wings home the were over cooked and not saucey as requested Food not good Service from the counter person terrible Very poor representation of their guiding message Very poor valve for what we spent
Best wings I have had ,also got the potato wedges and they were so good .I wouldn't even think about getting wings from anywhere else.
Today I ordered a meal for pick up. As I was putting it in my car I noticed I didn't receive the fry that was to come with the meal. I went back in and I was questioned as if I robbed the joint. I just paid $63 for food.. Why would I lie about not receiving an item? Check the camera if you're that worried? It rubbed me the wrong way. I have ordered here manyyyyy times and never have had a problem. Wings are great but customer service is no bueno after today.
Ordered take out and was impressed with the quickness of the service and quality of the food! Highly reccomend if you need to satisfy your meat craving!

Second time visiting this location I purchased the personal sized wings with wedges, carrots and celery, with blue cheese dip. Everything was fresh, hot, and cooked well. The portions size for the price is great. My personal favorite is the honey hot wings. Definitely will return again when I visit the area.
Hands down the best of the best places that I've ever had wings and ribs in my lifetime ? ? ? ? soooo yummy and they are the only place I order from for wings and ribs? ????and the best potato wedges too ?
Simply the best wings around, staff is very accommodating to special requests and make me feel in my happy place while eating the wings! Great job red rockets, my new go to place since Pizza Bea shut down.
GREED!!!! Today at 2:30 pm ( hours before supper bowl) I called Red Rockets to place a double wing order. $23 plus. I was told that due to volume and super bowl they will NOT be taking any orders less then $45 (family pack) I was shocked..!!I’ve purchased wing ( double order) for the past 6 years for super bowl just for myself ALSO about 25 times during the year… WELL.. that’s the LAST time I ever buy from Red Rockets. You’ve lost my business for life. Thankfully the ENDZONE was able to accommodate my LITTLE order to enjoy as I watch the game… good bye Red Rockets!!! You’re disgusting greed has lost you a customer!
