Excellent food. First time we ordered from door dash. And can honestly say I am very happy with the food. Everything was fresh, and packaged well. Delicious!
I ordered Quozi with rice just to eat the lamb shank with the almonds and raisins. The restaurant even has Instagram posts showing how it looks. Sadly my order came bland with no raisins no almonds no nuts of any kind. The pita that came along was also cold. Extremely disappointed.
I have been coming here for several years and absolutely love it. The owner and his wife are extremely kind people and always provide great service, delicious food, and fresh shisha. One of their main servers, Sabrina, is sweet and wonderful. It always feels like home here. :)
Absolutely fresh delicious food. I recommend the grilled plate #2 with hummus. And don't forget to add the house made baklava. We order from Raoabe at least once a month. Don't forget where the OG Hamilton restaurants are. Thank you for the continued service.

Prices are definitely on the higher side. Most of what I ordered wasn't bad but they skimped on or forgot extras or the portions were not generous enough. Lamb was teeth-shatteringly tough & almost impossible to chew; looked boiled not grilled (which is normally my favourite animal to eat no matter where I order from). Likely not gonna order from here again.
Let’s address the elephant in the room… YES something horrible happened. YES it created a bad opinion for some. YES they will have to fight to get by. What happened that night could have happened anywhere, anytime, to anyone. Raoabe Restaurant has ALWAYS been a great place to visit and I will remain in support of them. This is NOT their fault. I’ve been coming here since their first year of business and that won’t be changing. The owners are family to me. Their staff are my friends, their food is an addiction. You can bash and bash that’s fine. However, if you’ve never gotten to know the people who make this place run on a daily basis, if you don’t know their story and their struggle than you’re missing out on some wonderful people and some great food!From day one I was treated like I was apart of their family, I’ve watched them grow as a business and as individuals. I’ve assisted with their renovations or repairs when needed. I’ve seen their family grow up over the years.. Instead of bashing a restaurant for NOT discriminating and filtering out their customers based on the way they dress, talk or look. Why not support them and come out to see just how great of a place it is to be.I will continue to support you and your business and I look forward to your warm welcome as always.
For a family of 10 I ordered the 1 kilo kebab platter and the family combo kebab platter. It was hot, it was fresh, taste was great and portion size were great.
Had the to go platter from here. Wasn't disappointed. The shaved meats were just right and the kebab was a delight to bite into, chewy and delicious. I wonder if the salad dressing is made in house because it hit the right combination of tangy and sweet. The okra soup was light appetizing.
