I ordered fried rice balls. They sent fried mushrooms instead. I am allergic to mushrooms, fried, raw or any other combination. No attempt was made to alert me to the change. If you have food allergies avoid this place like your life depends on it. In this case my life DID depend on it.
Over 2 hours to deliver and after numerous phone calls the order was delivered. I live in an apartment and the driver had the nerve to call me from outside the apartment building for me to go down and get the order from her. I refused and it was finally delivered to my door 2 1\2 hours after placing the order. The order was wrong. I ordered the pizza with regular crust and normal bake. Got a thin crust pizza ,well done.
Absolutely terrible service. Very rude staff or even owner?? (we do not know who was on the phone). My husband called and ordered a Large PEPPERONI /JALAPEÑO pizza, the guy who was on the phone he said ok with A very rude sound. We drove there 20mins to pick up and got home with AN EXTREMELY COLD PIZZA AND RED ONION/ JALAPEÑO toppings AND FEW SLICES??? My husband called him, instead of saying sorry , he kept lying with his mistakes and ended up with “Ok bye”… WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE????? NEVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE AND NOT HONEST SERVICE!!
Okay quality, terrible staff experience and custumer service. Ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings, i ordered a large pizza, extra pep and extra cheese.. this pizza came out no different than their walk out special.. when i called i was met with nothing but arguments and attitude.. definitely dont go here.. pita pizza is better.
Ordered large pizza and 20 wings. Wings were very disappointing with basically a small blob of sauce in the middle of them. The garlic bread was just dry warm bread. We usually go to the store on the mountain but we were passing here and stopped. Never any issues on the mountain.
I been long time customer ordering pizza & wings Salad & cheesecake online tells me how much it cost. When delivery guy comes to door charges extra $6.40 more helping them selfs to a tip & $2.00 extra for the debit machine. I told delivery person I pay only what it says I owe online receipt from my e-mail. Owner calls me back being very rude about it suppose be free delivery Queens pizza advertise on their flyer menu. False advertising. Been a value customer over 20 years they rather take greed over there good customers.
I ordered 20 wings today , wings were overcooked and extremely dry. Very terrible service and no seasoning on the wings.
It was my first and will be last time visiting this place. I ordered the medium pizza and 20 wings combo. Side of garlic bread and veggies. The pizza was dry and feta topping was stale. The wings (honey garlic) were almost all broken (bones) and they were undercooked - wings shouldn’t be red meat on the bone - good thing about it was that the honey garlic sauce was delicious. The garlic bread was barely more than a bun with a little garlic butter, barely noticeable. The place was nearly empty yet some tables were dirty and hadn’t been wiped by previous guests - I sat down while waiting for the order. Disappointed as I had told them it was my first visit as I was new to the neighborhood. Definitely not worth the nearly $30
We ordered pizza with pepperoni and cheese, and mozzarella sticks today, May 17, 2022.It was absolutely delicious!!! Everything arrived very hot and after we forget to order the sauces after the original order and and calling them back, they sent the correct amount of sauces.Amazing job everyone!
If you’re in a food emergency and your desperate, order from here. Otherwise don’t bother. They often get the order wrong, or it’s way later than they tell you it will be, and they have never ever said sorry or added a treat no charge. Most recently - and last time ever - they said ‘free delivery’ (and we usually collect, but crisis) then snuck an unadvertised $2 surcharge in to use the portable debit machine. Since they don’t charge this at the counter, one can take it as a delivery fee. Our very mediocre pizza cost as much as very good pizza from any other place. Oh, their party slabs are great for kindergarten parties. That’s the sum of it. Suitable for preschoolers, students and crises where you have no other option.
