Two stars because the food is fresh. Also two stars because they make it when you order so it takes 20-30 minutes. Slow service and they got my order wrong twice.
I experienced and enjoyed their delicious spicy chicken. My kids love their sandwiches and fries. The spices and flavors are extremely impressive for fried chicken.I visited this location a few times. We were impressed by the service and friendly staff. I would recommend this as go to place for cooked food.
Today’s order took 3 try’s. Just to get it ordered. Still forgot a sandwich!Then I get home. And find more errors. Got charged for a three piece chicken at full price on the Thursday special! Only got 8 out of the paid 12 nuggets!Needless to say. Staff training needs definitely improvement big time!

The chicken either fried in overused oil or the chicken was spoiled but the food was bitter and dry. Absolute garbage! How can someone ruin something that it’s already junk it’s beyond me but hey, what do I know?Save your money and buy something better by supporting local Canadian businesses.Thank you for reading

My kids love your chicken strips and they’re always good. The last two times including this evening the gentleman cooking the food in the back had his mask over his mouth and his nose exposed. If you’re cooking food for other people you need to have your face entirely covered and he did not. This is not the first time I’ve seen this at your location. It will be my last visit there until this changes.
Great fan of Popeyes food and this place is the best to order from Popeyes in Hamilton. Visit almost twice a week and always found their food freshly cooked and hot. On top of that its always clean and tidy whenever I visited. Deserves 5 stars for sure.
Always fresh fries !! You might have to wait for couple of minutes but it is always worth. Friendly staff and great customer service!! Better than the fennel and downtown locations hands down.
Best Popeyes Location In Hamilton.Whenever we go its always Fresh and Crispy as we need .Customer Service Is also on point Always (As I have Visited Couple Of Times)Their Chicken is simply amazing. Hot well cooked crispy on the outside and very tasty.
