I am a massive Popeyes lover and a fried chicken connoisseur, I typically go to the Hamilton location however I have been to this location 3 times, first time it gave my whole family food poisoning and my popcorn chicken (or chicken nuggets I can’t quite remember) were PINK. The second time I got a below average but still decent chicken sandwich(and an admittedly awesome biscuit), today was the last straw when I recieved a nearly inedible chicken sandwich, half of which was so undercooked it was also pink, and a stale biscuit, will not be visiting again. Going to stick to Hamilton from now on.
It’s been a while and I miss the sandwich with that special lettuce and side dip honey mustard and a rootbeer to sip ….yummmmyyy I’m cravin
Horrible. The chicken was undercooked and the fries were over cooked. The biscuits were like hockey pucks. Will not return
If you are going to order here, double check if you received all your items. Had to drive back and the lady at the front had the audacity to give me an attitude after informing them my fries were missing. And always ask for a RECEIPT!!!
Ususally It's better than that . Last time I ate from this location the Chicken Tenders were too salty
They forgot to make my food and wouldn't give my money back. They forced me to wait again. Terrible service. Be kind and make your mistake right however the customer will be happy.
Friendly, greeted me and had a very good takeout. Exactly what I ordered
ANCASTER location. Gave them one more chance but they blew it again. Ordered 2 chicken tender combos MILD, got SPICY and NO dipping sauce. It seemed like the manager questioned the cook about our chicken but the cook, obviously in a hurry to close, said it was mild, it wasn't. They offered to remake our order, but then we would've had to drive back again. Won't be back-ever.
No doubt about it, whichever Popeyes you visit, the Chicken Sandwich is the best you will get anywhere. No exception at this location. The sandwich and the fries were the best. But the service is poor. Waited 10-15 minutes for our order, even though there was only one person in the line in front of us. The staff were shooting the breeze with each other and using their phones when three tables were dirty from previous customers. They never did clean the tables the whole time we were there. But worst was the Corvid checking. There were two of us, but the clerk only gave a “cursory” check to one vaccination certificate and didn’t even glance at my partner’s certificate. In addition, no “Contract Tracing” was recorded. That’s not just poor service, that’s breaking the law! Popeyes need to check this location and give some instruction. I will not visit there for awhile, and I don’t recommend it.
Absolutely disgusting, I asked them for fresh chicken and he assured me that is fresh and said I will making fresh right now . I waited there for 15 min to get fresh one. My order was full wings. Eventually, not only was the leftover and fresh chicken mixed together, but all the whole wings I had ordered were in small pieces. Be honest with the customer.
