The Ac wasn’t on and there wasn’t a men’s bathroom and there was a very weird smell the food was not to the mark.The chicken tenders and ghost pepper wings were with defrosting n batter issues … especially the meat of the chicken felt old and probably was expired.The cokes were half water and half soda. I wouldn’t recommend it and I’m never going back

I am very annoyed honestly. Before I use to order popeyes through skip the dishes and everything would always be excellent. However, now I have ordered 3-4 times recently and EVERY TIME SINCE THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN SOMETHING IN MY ORDER!!! i ordered an extra Box of fries, they forget that, I order a combo, they forget the drink and even if they don’t forget something, the portions within the meal are ridiculous they can’t even fill up the whole damn box. Always half empty. They don’t even bother putting utensils in the order when I obviously would need them. I understand once in a while mistakes happen, they’re human. But these mistakes have been happening consistently over and over again and I’m done. I am never ordering food from here ever again. Truly frustrating.
We have received a few orders from this location via UBER Eats and know to pay the extra for “direct delivery” I think at this point they purposely mess up orders, as physically coming into this location is never as bad.I pay for extra sauces and leave a note in “special instructions “ to include them and as usual there are no sauces inclosed with the order (of tenders). Tonight also came with undercooked fries and a FROZEN strawberry cheesecake pie.We are no longer customers here at this establishment. Your customer service has no desire to rectify it ever.
It was an extremely great service with amazing customer service. The quality of food was exceptional, we ordered deluxe spicy sandwich if was fresh and delicious! We would definitely come back.
Puts MB's to shame!!!Popeyes is delicious, from the chicken to the sides to the sauces - they pack a serious flavour punch. I treat myself to one meal a week here and I look forward to it every time. The value is unmatched at other 'fast food' places, and the website/app are loaded with great coupons.Employees at this location are extremely polite and well mannered, going above and beyond with customer service.Thanks!!

I used to go to this Popeyes a lot since it is so close to my house. I stopped because they kept getting my order wrong and were rude about it when I would call them out on it. A few days ago I decided to give it another shot - huge mistake. Ignoring the horrible customer service, this time I was deeply disgusted by the food. The chicken smelt like it had gone bad days ago. I couldn't eat more than one bite! When I threw it away, the garbage made my whole house stink. I've been to a lot of Popeyes locations and I've got to say, this is by far the worst one. I'd rather drive an extra 15-20 minutes than waste my money here. I advise you do the same!
It is deeply concerning to be served chicken that reeks and tastes of fish when you’re a person who has a shellfish allergy. This blatant disregard for customer safety is appalling. I will be escalating my complaint as this could have devastating consequences for some customers. An employee saving themselves an extra few minutes at closing time is not worth having a customer potentially lose their life, and it is sickening to think that some people think their downtime is more valuable than safety. The laziness of some staff at this location is putting customer health and safety at risk.
