Very difficult to place your order. The cashier turns away in the middle of my order forcing me to start again. Then asked me three time if I wanted fries with my “ 3 pcs spicy chicken with fries and sprite” order. Then found out I got a coke when I got home. Gave them too many chances. I’ll have to find another Popeyes location.
So disappointing! My husband and I were planning a quick meal, hoping to eat in, to avoid having the mess at home. We parked and could see there was no one in the dining room so we first questioned whether they were even allowing dine in yet. Tried the door and discovered they were open and allowing dine in, but it was so incredibly cold, there wasn't a soul around. We placed our orders and decided to eat in the car. When they called our number we asked for ketchup, salt, and hot sauce and a couple extra napkins. They gave us two napkins and some hot sauce, no ketchup, no salt, and no matter how hard I tried, the person giving the items to us just wouldn't speak. I knew it wasn't that they couldn't, or that they didn't know the language because they very clearly called out our number. I gave up and took the order to eat in the car. I had ordered a 3 piece combo and found that I had received two overcooked drumsticks and a small, overcooked back along with a hockey puck of a biscuit. All of the food was cold and bland. The 'spicy' chicken had no seasoning whatsoever. My husband ordered a sandwich and said his was also cold and had no seasoning. Just very disappointed. I wasn't expecting fine dining, but this was lacklustre, to say the least. We won't be returning. Photo below is BEFORE I started eating.
Incredibly rude and incompetent staff. Don't know how it took almost 30 minutes for a 5 strip combo and a sandwich. The staff here are so rude and have no hustle. This popeyes was a lot better before the new owners came. Will not be back. The cooks in the back do not wear hair nets and most have beards. I'm surprised I only found one hair in my fries and not more.
The food is fine, standard Popeyes quality and have never had a problem with any of my orders but the service is super slow. Always find myself waiting longer than I would at other establishments even when they aren’t that busy

super long wait for a fast food restaurant. workers there and a few customers and everyone waited 20min+. Filthy space between two doors, not sure how that is going to pass inspections. poor communication by staff. Complained to corporate and got a refund. Nice service after all i guess
This place is dirty and needs a really good clean. Food was ok. The look of the place makes it so you don’t even want to enter it. Staff was friendly. Really hope the owner of corporation get that place into shape. Should be shut down just for how dirty it is.
This location is always slow. But somehow it has gotten worse. Ordered for pick up and still ended up waiting 20min after the order time. They put the wrong sides in one of the orders. The biscuits were also rock hard.
A month ago, a friend of mine ordered us food at this Popeyes and after a typical order mix up, (wrong number) she was antagonized by a worker who made blatantly ableist comments on her hearing ability. My friend has been struggling medically with her hearing and grows insecure at places in which that is required. This left her very shaken to the point of not being able to eat the food.The incident was reported to head office a month ago and she still hasn’t gotten any sort of compensation for the trouble caused. It’s absolutely depressing that an establishment so well known and highly rated is upholding such disgusting behaviour. You clearly couldn’t care less for your customers.
Waited half an hour for 6 classic sandwiches. Place is ridiculously slow. I gave it 2 stars because the food Is ok. Disappointed in this Popeyes. Some of the Staff was just standing there. Most likely won't return to this one.
