Franchise owner is too cheap to provide refills on drinks and uses the pandemic as an excuse when the mandates have been lifted for months. Priyanka the manager bluntly stated it's because the owner doesn't want to provide refills as it costs more for his company.Your a franchise. You are supposed to be held to a company wide standard. This isn't your own mom and pop shop.
April 2022 Popeyes used to be really good hadn't had it in awhile so today I thought why not so I bought chicken tenders and shrimp combo with pies for dessert.Really disappointed chewy chicken horrible fries shrimp was over cooked and the pies weren't cooked at all. Can't believe I wasted $30. On such garbage.
Went for lunch today , took 5 minutes to do my order at the cash ? I asked for crispy fingers well doneMashed potatoes/ gravey SideI got floppy uncooked fingers ... ok so I threw them out.. I was like alright well mashed potato and gravy, you can't go wrong with that!! I open up the little bowl and BAM !!!! GRAVY WITH SPICES..... for real! Where was my mashed potatoes ?Omg now I'll just starve and go home and cook some food, and b4 you come at me I was on lunch and lesson learned... tomorrow ill bring my own food ...? ?

I love popeyes chicken and this location is always fine to trade the biscuits for something else that my family actually likes when buying a family meal. Great service and friendly staff.

I usually order Popeyes, while shopping. It was okay at first, but now it unsatisfactory. The last order I had, I received old and sour chicken. So, be careful when you order.
Waited over half hour for 4 ribs and 3 chicken. Finally got it went home and it was just 7 pieces of chicken. Tired to call and complain but the line was “busy”
I have ordered popeyes using uber eats several times.Each time I've ordered they have never disappointed me. Thanks for the good food, fast service as well. Never had to wait over 15 minutes. ??
