On February 1st i arrived to pickup a skip the dishes order. I followed instructions via app and tapped that i was "parked at restaurant". I then went inside waited for 1 minute and as i am collecting the order, was yelled at by a male staff member in front of his female coworker and other patrons. He was upset that i selected "parked at restaurant" earlier than the pickup time which i told him was the instructions that the app gave me. Between being parked and collecting the order was a span of 3 minutes...He was incredibly rude continuing to yell in the establishment while he was on his bluetooth headset talking on the phone and serving customers. He almost refused to give me my order when i told him he was incorrect and the female coworker handed me the order so that i could be on my way. Other customers were confused as well and were shaking their head and he had the nerve to tell the skipthedishes support that i was rude. This was an unwelcoming experience and the first i have had on shift in my 5 years delivering he was very unprofessional.I would never go back here personally for food as he was belittling and i was working not even ordering. I saw another order from there and declined as i did not wish to get into a back and forth. Very bad customer service.
Took 25 mins from order to handover, staff refused toppings - claiming we couldn't request more than one cheese/topping - it was a basic pita, from a place that prides themselves on pitas.
Great service the man that was there was friendly and pleasant. Will be back for another pita soon
Work nearby. They treat all customers exceptionally well. Make each pita with care and to your specifications. At the end of the day the food is as you'd expect but the staff really make it great.
Edit: Despite the ONE frustrating experience I had, mentioned below, the staff since that one incident have continued to be friendly. In that "fake, customer service, pleasant" way to start (like you get everywhere), but in a "casual, chatting with a friend" way if you take a second to really ask how things are going.AND, when I was attempting to place an online order just now, and it was declined twice, the owner reached out to me personally to notify me that the store was experiencing an unexpected closure (surely it couldn't be due to the 3 feet of snow we got overnight lol).It was much appreciated, and although I believe my previous critique was correct, I apologize for the sarcastic nature of it. Not constructive. (I was hangry lol)Friendly staff, good pitas, but be aware that "Open until 8PM" apparently doesn't mean "serving food until 8PM"

Always good, made the way I want it. Friendly worker, but need another employee, only one person working you have to wait for other people in front of you, so slow going.
