Bad Experience Don’t even try ordering not worth plate full of Fries/Rice and any meat.First time I ordered chicken on sticks and it was full of fries no meatMy Second time I ordered with rice same f thing plate full of rice and no chickenTrust me try Your shawarma better place and much better portions

Got the Shawarma combo the other day. The Shawarma was stuck to the paper and couldn’t eat it because it was grilled with the wrapper. The girl who was working in the night wrapped the shawarma and then put it in the grill. She had no intrest in serving food. I had high hopes as it was the only place open at late night but got so disappointed. Won’t recommend to anyone.

8:30 pm and the owner is the only one working... slow as a snail. Me and my partner waited 30 minutes for 2 shawarmas because the owner took 4 different orders and tried to do them all at once, which only made him take far longer. We told him after 20 minutes we were in a bit of a rush and he continued to work on the orders of customers who showed up 10 minutes after us. Why even wear a mask if you're going to wear it like a diaper? And though it doesn't affect me, touching chicken, beef, and gluten, without changing your gloves or washing your hands is the easiest way in the world to make people sick. How is this place still up and running?

review date: january 26/27, march 3,2022,customer service date: since january 26, 2022pita N more (PNM) has been in motion for 3 years (2019) and recently flipped its name from "prime pita".i backchecked their google reviews, saw many good things, and so i decided to make a move from downtown to the mcmaster area.PNM is located in a plaza, across from mcmaster university. so if you are coming westbound, it'll take some finesse to get into the plaza as there is no direct left turn into the plaza. eastbound, it's a direct right turn. parking was ok when i arrived, but i can see it getting busy at night and on weekends with the students nearby.upon arrival, the staff worker was very friendly and welcoming. i was able to try small samples of the onion chutney, garlic sauce and beef b4 ordering.i ended up grabbing a beef shawarma supreme (the basic comes with limited toppings, the supreme gives you more topping choices) and a large chicken on the rocks. all-in was $24.13 for these 2 items.beef shawarma:-generous amount/size relative to purchase price-fresh vegetables, garlic and red sauces, all prepared in-house daily-pita bread was good, beef was delicious, marinated with spices, not dry .chicken on the rocks:-be advised, extra toppings are $1 each-chicken was very good, tasty, juicy but not greasy-rice was a bit soft but overall good; portion serving was generous relative to price.january 27, 2022 review:grabbed a beef and rice medium box, and a chicken shawarma supreme wrap.-medium box was ok, however i like the large box as a better value.-chicken wrap was excellent, all ingredients were delicious. wrap construction on the outside was a bit greasy, so eating such in a car is not advised.PNM has an onion chutney that gives their food a distinct taste, it is delicious and has a kick to it.PNM gets a bonus mark for their consistently late, extended hours. these folks are open 7 days a week, 12 noon-3am...so students or regular working people can catch an order late at night if desired. ?one star gets knocked off for no website, and i could not find accurate menu and pricing thru other 3rd party websites. no brochure was provided upon food purchase.be advised that PNM does not accept phone-in orders, only on-line thru delivery apps, or you have to come in-person. when the reason and rationale behind phone-in's being banned was given, it made sense.upon speaking with the owner, she is committed to providing a good quality product, and is in the process of updating information into a PNM online format.march 3, 2022: i dropped in to grab some food after work, this being around 1230am.the store was extremely busy, jammed with students. relative to how busy it was, the staff did a reasonable job to get orders fulfilled. my all-in time was about 25 minutes. food quality of the order was excellent.be advised, they do not answer the phone at all when it gets busy as such.bottom line: i would definitely return back to PNM to purchase their food.if you need to go late at night, be advised you may be waiting longer than you want to get your order taken care if. i would recommend PNM to others to put in their shawarma food rotation too. ?

First timer, I ordered 2 max wraps add chicken and a shawarma Poutine. Test good. I just wished for more chicken in the wraps i paid for and it was really little bits of chicken on the poutine for the price.

Tried this place for the first time. Ordered a chicken shawarma plate and it was MEDIOCRE AT BEST!!! The rice is over cooked and the so called fattoush salad is basically iceberg lettuce with Italian dressing?!? Read that again, a fattoush salad with Italian dressing! Will not be coming back here and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to go! They have great food, and a good menu to choose from. And they’re open late, which is always a plus for students. Would definitely recommend.

As a local university student, this restaurant serves really yummy food for really cheap prices and is my go to nowadays. I especially like their chicken shawarma wrap and their chicken on the rocks is pretty awesome too ngl :)

Terrible. Salad was all brown and wilted, chicken was freezing cold. Very little options for veggies to add to salad. Pita was store bought - not fresh like other places in Hamilton. Hot sauce tasted like tomato paste. Definitely recommend a place like Sana grill or neighbour shawarma. They give a reasonable amount of food for the cost, much more variety and it’s FRESH!

Not only did I wait around 45 minutes for some wraps and a salad, I was very disappointed. First of all the fattoush salad is only a tossed salad with Italian dressing. A real fattoush has cilantro and dill. This fattoush was iceberg lettuce with minimal veggies and fried pita from a jar (not even made in house). I ordered a falafel wrap and it was serverly overcooked and disgusting. Will NOT be coming back and I recommend this place to no one. I work at McMaster hospital and walked across on my lunch break so not only did I waste my entire break, I got food that wasn't good.
