Very dissapointed first time customer. Chicken shawarma pizza was hard like it was on display. Fresh onion n tomato topping with a tasteless sauce!!
Been a long time customer with Paulie's and have typically enjoyed the service and quality every time we've ordered. This time however marks the last time we'll be ordering from Paulie's due to the disrespect from them regarding the inconsistency in our order tonight.Ordered the five pound wing combo, a couple of pounds hot barbecue and a few pounds medium barbecue and not a single one the six of us eating these wings can taste a lick of heat from the hot or a difference from the medium. The wedges were also forgotten, mind you the delivery driver was great about bringing them back promptly and piping hot.Calling the store back regarding the order resulted in my wife being told we didn't order a combo and that the hot sauce isn't made in store and they have no control over the quality of it. They made no apologies regarding the order, no resolution to the issue, and gave the impression of just wanting my wife off the phone when she called to let them know the quality was down on the sauce.
We LOVE Paulies!!! Every time we visit Hamilton, Paulies is our first and last meal. I highly recommend their Donairs and their boneless wings. The staff is friendly and fast and the portions are very generous. Best wing sauces, the honey garlic is Amazing! Literally LOVE this restaurant.
Ordered wings and wedges. The wings were dry hardly any sauce on them tasted like cigarette ashes would. The wedges were petrified and blackened cost 57.00 for in my opinion GARBAGE
Donair was amazing . Best donair in town exept this time the wrap was way to small and I ended up eating most of it off my lap because it wasn't even wrapped . Gotta make the foil tighter so it doesn't blow up and make a mess
Best donairs and donair pizza in the city! Staff is amazing and friendly.Prices are awesome too34 bucks for a large donair pizza + a regular donair. Hell to the yes

Went with the large pizza/3lb wing combo. Standard buffalo wings and pizza with pepperoni/mushroom. Crust had a nice crunch at the edge, and wings were still crispy after the drive home! Will definitely order again!
