This is a great coffee spot! The espresso beverages are downright delicious! Really smooth and great tasting coffee/drinks, and the food is unique, scrumptious, and fresh. A high-energy, friendly atmosphere. I will sadly, likely not return for a couple years as they do not have a high chair or booster seat, so it makes trying to enjoy a quick bite with a young one very difficult. This is a quick fix though! For the time being, not a super parent-friendly choice.
This is a lovely spot for breakfast, lunch, or coffee, with a nice atmosphere. Their food is of high quality. However, I was disappointed that all their food and drink come in disposable containers, even if you choose to dine in. They don’t even offer proper disposal. We had to take our recyclables with us so that they didn’t go in the landfill. The lack of care for the environment shocked me. For this reason, I will avoid this spot.
Absolutely love the food here and the atmosphere. The patio in the summer is clean and gives a great view of Westdale Village. The bagel and salads are fresh, and at a decent price. This is my favorite spot for a quick brunch!
Delicious food and so many yummy vegan choices. Coffee not the best but go for the food! Very good!!
The food here is terrific. Exceptional avo toast, lots of subtle flavours on a warm and crusty slice of domed sourdough. The vegan chili is perfectly spiced; my partner had the BLT bagel and he said that the arugula gave it a nutty spicy flavour boost. They also make an unapologetic and crave-able vegan kale Caesar. Five stars, particularly considering how friendly and professional the servers are.
I am so glad to be able to get back into a cafe, grab a bite, and sit down to eat it. It has a 1-hr time limit for dine-in, which makes sense for now. Excellent choice of food, drinks, deserts, and it even serves alcohol. We will be back.
This is a little gem in the heart of Westdale! They have amazing sweet and savoury baked treats, hot sandwiches with melted cheese, vegetarian and vegan options and so much more! The coffee is amazing and the service is lovely. One of my top 5 in Hamilton!
We travel from downtown Toronto to frequent this establishment and can confidently say that it is the best coffeehouse in Ontario! Great cinnamon buns, chilli and scones! Love the decor and the staff are the best! Can’t recommend this place enough!
Friendly staff, great muffins and coffee!!! Was there a couple of weeks ago and this anti-masker was causing grief for the staff. Staff was trying to be accommodating trying to take his order and bring it to him outside but he refused. Dude needs to direct his energy and bad manners to the government. This establishment is just following current government rules so they can remain open and in business. This guy spouting COVID misinformation to the staff like he watches Fox News or Brietbart 24/7.
We made this our coffee stop daily while we were in Hamilton. Great atmosphere with warm and welcoming staff. The espresso roast is delicious. This place will be our go-to every time we are in Hamilton.
