This places is gross. Just huge piles of meat everywhere . Was not impressed as this brand is supposed to count for quality food. Really sad when people don’t care. I’ve scrolled down to see tons of bad reviews. And the same cookie cutter answer that means nothing because it’s all the same here . You say you are committed to quality but it’s the same bad experience. Stop these replies and fix the problemsWhoever owns this place needs to show up and turn it around .
I was excited to eat from here. I went in with my husband he ordered, when it was my turn to order the guy taking the order refused to acknowledge me at all and when I asked for clarification as to what comes in the combo he acted annoyed and angry that I even asked. When we got home and I attempted to eat the chicken shawarma every ingredient in it was wrong. I asked for turnips, I got pickles. I asked for tomatoes, I got onions. I ordered hummus, garlic sauce, and feta and none were in my wrap although I paid extra. All I got was a ton of white sauce. I was super disappointed and won’t be frequenting or recommending this particular restaurant. P.S. I’m really allergic to onions and pickles. Bad practice.
First time customer, purchased the chicken kebab platter with sides.Entire platter is smothered in sauces I didn't ask for, container is soaked through. Cardboard-flavoured rice, sour tzatziki that tastes like it's made with mayo, sickly sweet garlic sauce, veg the texture of baby food. Strangest chicken marinade I've ever had. I legitimately only ate the side salad. At least I got my money back right away.
Terrible just don't. Not like I remember at all. We ordered falafel and beyond meat with a Greek salad falafel was raw, beyond meat is just over cooked and flavorless the rice is parbroiled and dry the vegetables are just frozen vegetables there's no flavor except the hot sauce and even that is terrible the whole meal cost 50 dollars and we can't eat any of it but the salad. I hope the owner responds and provides a refund this was a smack in the face comparison with the version I remember I feel offended by this meal its an insult to what they had once served and I wouldn't ever come back if this is what they're going to be serving.
Ordered the lamb shawarma on the rocks. Unfortunately the lamb was a mix of mush and chewy bits. Go to the Mediterranean place in the centre mall food court it is so much better quality.
The bones are there but I think there is lots of room for improvement. Firstly, although I can accept this is not your standard shawarma, the chicken can be quite dry and filled with cartilage. Also, I've never seen a shawarma place charge extra for items that normally would be included in this type of meal. For example, you have to pay for parsley (??) and the pink turnips. When all is said and done, if you order the chicken platter and a few add-ons (that are normally included at any shawarma place I've been), you're looking at $20+.
I use to love this place but now everytime I order chicken on a stick my fries are soggy and not cook at all after I've look this guy in the eyes 3 times saying I want my fries well done extra crispy but yet he cooks my fries for maybe a minute if that!!!! Absolutely gross to be eating uncooked food! Wont be spending another cent at this place until they can follow simple instructions
Picked this up after work last night from the Barton location. Ordered mild as I don't do well with really spicy stuff. Bought it specifically to bring with me to work today for my lunch because I've been craving a chicken shwarma with rice lately. The guy puts white sauce all over it and 5 drops of red sauce. I just heated it up at work and took one bite, trying to make sure I got shwarma and rice together. Omg, my moth is on fire. I've already gone through an entire bottle of chocolate milk now and it's still burning. What a waste of $. When someone orders mild, don't put the hot sauce on their food. Now I don't even have time to go get something else for my lunch break. Such a huge disappointment in this company as I've heard nothing but good things from some people. This was my 1st time going to them, and most likely my last. Word to the wise, if you order mild and they put redsauce on your shwarma...tell them to remake the order without the red sauce.
This location is a joke. Every other Osmow’s I’ve been to is packed with chicken and this location was awful. Filled with lettuce and hardly any chicken. Way to save costs at your customer’s expense…
We ordered through ubereats and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The chicken was hard and dry, to the point where I actually took a piece out of my mouth because I thought it was a bone because it cut the inside of my mouth. It was awful. One of the 2 meals we bought had chunks of cartilage in it. The food over all was cold and dry, absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. It was not Uber eats issue it was a restaurant issue. Ordering a dinner at 7pm, should at least be something that’s edible… this food was absolute garbage.
