Food was cold cuz they decided to have a ten minute conversation while my fries sat on the counter ... this is after I told the guy that the food has been cold a few times ... I had to stand up and stare at them so they would get a move on ... I was in there for almost 15 minutes waiting. Not to mention the guy who took my order looked at me when I stood up then went back on his phone .. I have been coming here once a week for a while ... but this is the last straw for me... better luck with other customers guys
I was hungry this week and popped in here for some takeout. The service was good with the food being good, but not great. The falafel order was quite over cooked and deep fried far too long; not the best in colour and outer texture due to this. Overall, this experience was good but would recommend if food is not up to par when serving it, pull it back and ensure your best food is supplied to the valued customer.Thank you - Cheers!
I really love osmow’s especially their chicken with lots of garlic sauce. But when I moved in Hamilton and ordered a lot of times in this branch I noticed they don’t put a lot of garlic sauce and makes your chicken on the rocks dry if you won’t pay for an extra garlic sauce. It’s different in Toronto because they are very generous with the garlic sauce. You don’t have to pay extra.
Went to the Upper James location for the first time tonight. I ordered the chicken shawarma poutine. I have to say the portions are smaller at this location and the chicken tasted quite dry compared to the quality I would expect from Osmow's. I had high hopes the reviews I read before were just one off issues, but it was worse than I ever would have expected. I will continue to go to the Ancaster location. Night and day difference between the 2 locations. Also the hot sauce had no kick to it at all compared to other locations. Just trying to save a buck at the cost of quality and their patrons returning.
Honest Review, This was an easy 1/5 and I will not be returning here. Let’s start with the wait time, waited over 10-15 minutes for our two wraps with nobody else ahead of us. Finally received our wraps, got to the car and took a bite only to find out that they were mostly sauce. Before even taking a single bite the sandwich was falling apart. Tried to it eat it regardless of the mess, thinking maybe it tasted better than it looked. Tasted as saucy and as non-Mediterranean as I had imagined. Never again Osmows.
Plenty of option for toppings and sizes. Love the chicken shawarma, the place is super awesome the quite friendly people. Been a couple times and will be one of my go to's for shawarmas from now on.

Do not get a wrap here.Poorly built. Messy and pita is always split. Get anything but a wrap. Or go somewhere else. :)Great ads though. Those are pretty fun.
The food was good and had plenty of left overs to have as another meal later. What I really enjoyed though was the amazing customer service. Will definitely be coming back.
Visited between Christmas and New Years. You're better off to go to another location. I overlooked the fact that restroom was filthy. Nagging voice in the back of my head reminded me of that saying that you can guage the cleanliness of the kitchen based on how clean the bathroom is. But I against my better judgement I ordered. My falafel got mixed up with my friends food and I ended up eating a couple bites of my friends chicken item and as a 25 year + vegetarian, I got super sick.
